Stayed 3 nights in a Dawn room with fantastic views over the lake. The hotel had 18 rooms spread over three floors connected by stairs (there’s no elevator).
The staff were helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the delicious food in the house restaurant with panoramic views over the blue waters. Participated in the Uros and Taquile islands tour with a fellow guest and astronomy presentation with stargazing.

Did grand organised South America tour. With Hays and Jarvis. Supposed to be organised grand tour! I was on my own the whole 3 weeks. No help at all. Company claimed it was supposed to of been cancelled because not enough people were Going!

This place was magical! The experience and excursions are included in the price and the team goes above and beyond. Also the food and drinks are included and the team was amazing. The tour guides are so well versed in local traditions and culture. Abel was great on our excursions he k ew so much! Albert shared his story and experience. And all of the team in the restaurant were excellent!

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay starting with my pick up at the Juliaca airport. It is a trek to get there but well worth it. They made every effort to make sure you are as comfortable as possible from the moment you are picked up. When you reach the hotel you are completely wowed by the beautiful location. I was upgraded to a spectacular room with an incredible view. All the staff are friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and plentiful. I really enjoyed all the excursions, I did an island tour, a hike and a bike ride, all with Abel who was an excellent guide. Visiting the floating island is an unforgettable experience which I would highly recommend. I have already recommended to friends planning a trip to Peru and will continue to do so.

The lodge is about 1h transfer from Puno train station, but absolutely worth the longer drive compared to other hotel options. The last 10min drive are on an unpaved road, but not a problem at all. Location is on a promontory above the lake, with beautiful lake views, sunsets and sunrises.
The restaurant and bar has a terrace with spectacular views, where a friendly team seves quality food and drinks.
The rooms are modern and well equipped, the bathtubs with a view and a very nice walk-in shower were a highlight. The heating system did not work, but adequate heating was provided via the air conditioning system. A recommendation would be to improve lighting in the driveway and the hotel entrance, which would make for a better experience when arriving in the dark.
A definite highlight of the hotel is its excursions program, which is included in the stay. Starting from a private dock, with a private guide, makes for a very individual experience. The hotel’s excursions have access to places less frequented by the commercial tour operators, and the day tours are tailored to individual requests.
We would not hesitate to come here again for a next visit to lake Titicaca.

We recently spent 3 nights at Titilaka in a “Dawn Room” (Room 210), and while there were certainly some highlights, the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations.
Setting and food:
The setting is absolutely stunning—right on the shores of Lake Titicaca, peaceful, with beautiful light at all times of day. The food was excellent throughout. All meals were included, and everything we had was fresh, creative, and delicious. Breakfast could be enjoyed in-room or at the restaurant, and we loved the picnic lunches during our excursions. The boxed lunch they sent us off with on our departure day was the best I’ve ever had—thoughtful, generous, and really tasty.
Service:
The service was warm and friendly, and we appreciated that the team quickly resolved a mistake with our reservation. That said, while everyone we met was helpful and friendly when we asked for something, the level of service felt more reactive than proactive. At other Relais & Châteaux properties, we’ve experienced more of those thoughtful, unexpected touches—staff who anticipate needs or elevate the experience. Here, we didn’t feel that attention to detail unless we initiated it.
Room experience:
The room itself was a disappointment. It felt very small for two people, with little space for luggage, a tiny closet, and a small safe. The layout prioritizes a large (and very comfortable) bed and a big bathtub in the center of the room—but the tub doesn’t have a view and felt like a poor use of space.

Wow. There are hardly words to describe this place. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and so serene. The service is beyond first class and the guides for the excursions are extremely knowledgeable. The food was extraordinary. Additionally, the employees all come from the local community and thus have first-hand knowledge about the location and the culture. This place is truly special.

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views over Titicaca Lake. Unfortunately by the time that we arrived my husband was suffering from altitude sickness so we didn't get the best out of it that we could have and never made it to breakfast. The room was beautiful with a western facing aspect to watch the sunset with a large double bed and chaise lounge, with free snacks and drinks in the mini bar.
As my husband was poorly for a whole day he gave me permission to go without him on the pre-booked boat trip of Lake Titicaca, which was amazing — would thoroughly recommend it.
The food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff were also really good.
We missed breakfast again on our last day due to our early start so we asked for a packed breakfast to take with us, and there was enough food in it for breakfast and lunch. The Peruvians really like to feed their guests.
The only downside is that it is quite a long way from Puno to drive to.

Excellent hotel. Top notch service. Unfortunately I was sick during my stay so I couldn't enjoy my stay. My last breakfast was excellent 👌

Whether you’re exploring the small islands on the lake or simply enjoying a boat ride on the lake, you’re in for an unforgettable experience.
But what really sets Titilaka apart is the staff. They’re warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.
If there’s one small thing to note, it’s that the remote location means you’re a bit off the beaten path – but honestly, that’s part of the charm.

Lake Titicaca is an iconic, near mythical destination that takes some getting to and frankly, given the altitude, takes some getting used to. So with those important caveats, we were delighted to follow our agent, Wimeya's strong advice to stay three nights in what must easily be the best luxury lodging on the lake. The service, views, atmosphere and food were excellent — and at that altitude, boy, we found we needed that. A superb boutique property, run by staff who care with passion.

One of the most beautiful places I think I’ve ever been. If you’re going to lake Titicaca this is the place to stay. Very attentive staff, clean rooms, and great food. My only note is that the spa services could’ve been a little better but that’s not why you’re there.

The hotel offers a number of excursions with knowledgeable guides, and the itineraries can be customized. The staff — ranging from the hotel services to the restaurant — were so enthusiastic and helpful.

This is a great choice when visiting Lake Titicaca. It is outside of the hustle and bustle of Puno (about a 40 minute drive from the Puno train station), and is an all-inclusive destination with exclusive activities that provide an up-close, personal experience. The lodge is situated right on the lake, in the small town of Titilaka, so is removed from everything – in all the best ways! It is beautifully designed and welcoming, from the minute you step inside. The variety of activities available allow you to do as much or as little as you please. On the visit to the reed islands at Uros, they take you to a private island, so you don’t have to interact with the other tour groups, giving you a very intimate and immersive look at life on the islands. After visiting the reed islands, you visit Taquile island, which was fascinating, and enjoy a private lunch on a beautiful overlook. We also participated in the astronomy presentation and stargazing, which was very interesting and informative. The menu and food at the lodge is amazing. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute.
