I have been to many hotels and I have to say that the service here is super fast and effective. I had a little situation with the shower, call and immediately fixed it. The gentleman who came to check was very kind. This is a very important thing to emphasize.

Very comfortable beds, quiet spacious rooms, beautiful hotel and good location. Rooftop pool and facilities well maintained. Excellent food and service at restaurant and room service. Concierge staff always friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping is above average. Improved business center. No complementary water in rooms, only overpriced spring water. They recently changed complimentary coffee and tea maker/selwction to just an espresso machine in rooms, which seemed to be a step down. Personally not pleased with quality of toiletry products offered in bathroom which is inferior to other hotels in same price range.

Great Hotel! Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean with two Queen sized beds that easily sleep four people. They did not try to charge us extra for more than two people in the room like the horrible Hilton in Cuzco. Breakfast was great and the location is very convenient. Check out the rooftop pool and hot tubs!

I absolutely can not say enough great things about this hotel! The atmosphere, the staff, and overall ambiance of this hotel are excellent!
The proximity to shopping and restaurants was outstanding. Not only highly recommend this hotel but most definitely will be back in the near future!

Located in the Miraflores area, 5 minutes walk from the seafront 15 minutes from the Inca market, about 30 minutes by cab from the airport, can be double that in traffic. Comfortable modern rooms and good breakfast. Staff were also very friendly, especially the doorman Ruban.

A true luxury experience. Room was very spacious, clean, excellent bedding as usual at Hilton, variety of top-class amenities, well designed. The area is walkable, though it's a bit of a walk to the Miraflores center. Excellent breakfast with the unusual system of a delicious made-to-order selection and a "buffet on wheels". Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very courteous and really strives to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant is quite good and the room service selections are better than most. The view from the roof top pool is a must see.

The Hilton Hotel is just amazing! It has everything on the terrace a pool, bar, area to rest or work with an excellent view and excellent food 20 points.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel. First off, I got a really good deal on the room price. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good and not too pricey. About $10 USD. It's in a good location to go out walking/exploring in Miraflores. Staff were very helpful. Overall, if I find myself in Lima again, I'll definitely be coming back.

The Hilton Miraflores is ok. They are aloof.
We had an early morning check in.
Our 4 day stay pre paid. They charged to my credit card 800 Sol. US$250 presumably just in case we sampled the minibar.
The room is nice. Beds very good. The minibar we removed from the fridge so we could use it.
The coffee maker does 1 cup at a time. Other hotels can be 1 or two.
Room has a lack of PowerPoints Tip: All visitors bring your own power boards and if your electronic device chargers work at 240 volt AC, most do, an Europe round 2 pin round adapter with an earth connection. We found only 1 standard USA style flat pin 110 volt socket in the room. You will need a 2 pin round adapter to get power from the bed console.
There is no bottle water supplied. There are only plasticised paper cups supplied in room.
Environmentally unsound. We asked, they didn't deliver. There are no water refill facilities.
Breakfast is single choice from the small menu. Not buffet. Table service.
Where are the soft and runny poached eggs?
Hilton hotel charges a fortune for very little. Acts like Scrooge McDuck playing in his money pit and expecting that all guests are traveling on the company expenses. Some of us actually pay our own way.
Location is about 10 minutes walk from the Casino district where you can eat at reasonable prices. The ones at the Hilton are for expense account guests.

Very nice place in Miraflores near the Larcomar where you can find many nice shops to have a good time. The infrastructure is very nice and the attention good.

Best of the breed South American Hilton with incredible restaurant on the premises, offering great breakfast and dinner menus. Dinner options are not many, but all are delicious. If possible, book the upper rooms with balcony over pool.

The hotel is very pretty. Friendly staff except for one lady that works the front desk. She was mean and rude when we were just asking question at the front desk. Also when one of my friend was checking in, the lady gave her wrong information. Which we clarified the next day with another front desk attendant. But besides that everything was perfect, housekeeping is really good like always. One thing I didn't like was that when we moved to another room they didn't let us know that we forget personal items in the previous room. If we don't call to ask we would have never found out.

After a delicious breakfast, I complimented dining server, Amor, on the amazing cucona jam and inquired where I can get it from and came home to a beautiful display of the composing fruit and a jar of the jam itself and a card explaining the origins and acknowledgement of my liking of it. A very touching sentiment Unlike anything I have experienced, being well travelled. Consistent quality hotel! If I wasn’t before, I am definitely a loyal Hilton costumer now!

Without a doubt it is one of the most luxurious hotels in Lima. Recommended for entrepreneurs and businessmen. Very large and comfortable rooms and prices from 200$ per night. Very quiet and safe area, in Miraflores.

Good Location near the ocean. Nice Gym, good bartender — who makes a mean "spicy Old Fashioned. " Don't love the breakfast — should have a buffet rather than their table service buffet style, which makes no sense and just makes for a long breakfast.

Great property in upscale neighborhood. Close to the ocean and shopping mall. Staff is very kind and ready to serve. Food is very good. Rooms are modern and cozy. Great decor in general.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was polite and answered all questions. They also made great recommendations for shopping and dinning.

The Hotel had the best location, near the Mall Larcomar, beach and restaurants. The room is very cozy and the service excellent. The 11 floor we have infinity pool with nice view to the city and two jacuzzis.

Rooftop pool welcome. Very nice staff. Too bad the service at the bar on the terrace is so slow. Perfect location in the heart of Miraflores, close to the local gastronomic scene.

I attended a company dinner on the rooftop. The staff were very helpful in finding our way to the elevator. The decor is very contemporary and comfortable. The buffet for our company dinner was very fresh and tasty. The views of the city at night are very cool.

A very nice hotel, I just wish for the price they charge you they would include breakfast.

Hotel staff friendly. Rooms ok. Hotel does not provide free drinking water at $200 per night! Tap water is not drinkable. They offer in the room a 28 Soles water bottle (approx. $9) only! There is a Jet convenience store across the road, get water bottles for as low as 1.9 Soles.

People at the reception don't smile. But the rest of the personal are very educate with excellent service.

Everything about the Hilton was very pleasant. I would give it 5 star if they provided free, no strings attached, Wi-Fi rather than needing to sign up for the (free) H Hilton membership.

After a terrible experience with a property manager of an apt I rented nearby, I quickly did what I should've done all along and booked the rest of my stay at Hilton. Ah, the relief of reliable customer service, comfortable luxe rooms, variety of amenities, and the safety of 24hour staff. This Hilton is in the upper-class neighborhood of Miraflores and has a plethora of great restaurants around it; some even attached to it like the Amazonian restaurant called Amaz. Definitely recommend making your Lima stay here at Hilton.

Great Hilton property with nice room product, well kept hard goods and a great executive lounge overlooking Miraflores.

The rooms are very dirty and not daily clean. We cannot recommend this hotel at all. The situation is very bad, very far from the Center. The staff is very unfriendly, aggressive and threatening. The Manager is very arrogant. Very pity… everywhere in the world the Hilton is super hotel chain, but in Lima, which is not the case at all. Is no case there. You have problems.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel, highly recommend this Hilton. Wonderful staff and large rooms. The filtered tap water was a nice touch and the pool area just divine. An oasis after exploring a great fun holiday destination that can get a little crowded and noisy at times. Well worth the price.
