This is a great, downtown hotel, the prices are very, very reasonable and it's clean and very fancy on the inside. I would say marble floors, but I'm I'm not positive. The room was small, but had A/C and was very secure. The staff I spoke to were very polite and accommodating. I had one small problem with a request for beer, I gave the guy at the front desk 20 soles and he denied receiving it, not a big thing. Towels, soap, shampoo, cable TV, I was impressed and would stay there above any other hotel in Piura.
