The place is not bad but there is few things that are missing, I stayed 9 nights and at the second night they took the trash and put new toilet paper so it was okey, with the service but then they didn’t appear there again, the never clean the room, or give toilet paper, ask if you want to change your bed sheets, or anything, the room is okey, really basic the toilet is good, the water pressure is good and the shower is mostly cold water but is not that bad considering mancora weather.
Overall is a cheap place, in a save area so I guess you get what you paid.

Spotless, minimalist, and quiet. We were totally happy with the place. Away from the noise of town, but only a 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The man running it was friendly and helpful, but not in our space at all. I would stay again definitely.
