Many describe the employees as very friendly, attentive, polite, and ready to help with a smile, particularly highlighting the work of the receptionist and the waiters. On the other hand, there are complaints about extremely poor service, with reports of staff refusing to provide receipts for accommodation and meals, citing their preoccupation with sales.

The food is generally rated very highly; guests praise the taste of the dishes, especially the seafood (grilled fish) and desserts. However, the service in the restaurant is a subject of serious criticism: many complain about very long wait times for orders, which can reach up to three hours. There is also mention of a payment system where a deposit of 50 soles is charged upon entry toward consumption, which makes it difficult to leave the establishment when service is poor.

The condition of the rooms raises many questions: guests report a lack of proper technical maintenance, worn-out showers, old bathroom mirrors, and dilapidated ceiling fans. The rooms, especially the family ones, are described as too cramped and narrow, and they lack air conditioning. Furthermore, a serious problem with privacy was noted due to the absence of suitable curtains in the rooms.

Reviews regarding cleaning are contradictory. Some guests are satisfied with the cleanliness and the fact that bed linens and towels were changed daily. Others claim that scheduled daily cleaning is non-existent and that staff only attend to rooms upon request, and that trash is not removed from the bathroom every day.

The hotel can be very noisy, especially at night, as music plays until late and starts again around 9:00-9:30 AM. The noise is amplified by people consuming alcohol in the garden. Because of this, the location may be uncomfortable for those seeking silence or those traveling with children.

The hotel has a swimming pool, which guests describe as excellent and clean. There is a bar operating in the pool area where drinks can be ordered. This is one of the most popular relaxation areas in the complex.

For families with children, a stay may be difficult due to nighttime noise, loud music, and a large number of external visitors consuming alcohol during the day and evening. Pets are allowed in the hotel; however, guests complain about a lack of control and rules regarding pet ownership, citing an instance where a dog damaged items on the property.
