From the moment we entered this hotel I immediately received bad vibes.
We had arrived early and had agreed with the hotel to leave our bags until check in. When approaching the reception to confirm this we were dealt with by a very rude lady wearing glasses and she had no knowledge of this making us feel very insignificant as guests.
Not acceptable for a hotel business.
The room itself is comfy enough but only in the evening when everything gets quiet. Throughout the day you can hear staff very loudly slamming doors, talking over radios and shouting through the corridors. This does not stop and seems very unnecessary for a small operation.
I think this hotel needs to spend more time on training its staff instead of banging around all the time and being rude and maybe they would have something good.
Furthermore we were held at reception at checkout until the room had been checked over. This felt unnecessary and caused us stress as we were trying to get out for our bus.
Half decent location and comfortable enough room but I would not stay again due to the nature and behaviour of the staff.

The receptionist with glasses is so rude, she should not be face of the company. Every interaction with this woman was painful.
The room was nice but unfortunately the hotel is so loud all of the time, you'll be woken up multiple times during the night and good luck having a lie in.
Also theres a window at the top of the door which allows a constant stream of flickering lights to enter the room.
The room was tidy and housekeeping was always cleaning (loudly banging and dragging furniture) somewhere until late in the day.
The shower was a bit temperamental but hot once you figured out the knack.
They only take cash payments which the owner who was in contact with me didn't think to mention proving unnecessary issues for us on check in.
Location was central to most interesting attractions but I wouldn't return.
