➜ I honestly shouldn't even rate it, they don't even deserve a star, but some guys who came on a trip stayed at the kalu hotel in Leoncio Prado and Balta as it's close to my house, I recommended staying there because something like this had never happened before, they stole from my cousin a gold chain, we approached reception and they told us that they hadn't touched anything. They never showed us cameras or anything, we went to the police station to file a complaint as it deserves, but no one came forward to talk to us to tell us anything, but what a shame that the establishment gained a bad reputation for the kind of people who hire there, because it stayed paying, it was not something free, nor gifted, it is a service that is paid. I am really outraged with this hotel, I do not recommend them at all.
