I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree Hotel in Trujillo. The customer service was outstanding… the staff were always attentive and welcoming.

I spent three nights at this hotel. The location, a block away from the Plaza de Armas (city center), could not be better. As a Casa Andina property, it has a great Peruvian ambiance.

Considering how much I travel, I don't write as many hotel reviews as you would think. Most of my trips are on the longer side, so I tend to look for short term rentals more than hotels.

What can I say? If you’re heading to Chicama to foil or surf, you would be doing yourself a massive disservice by not booking here. It’s like coming to Surf Camp with all of your new favorite friends.

The best location on the point. The service and staff are fantastic, the food is excellent and it is very safe. The hotel is the premier place to stay to surf, foil, or SUP Chicama.

We didn't know Trujillo, so we booked this hotel partly randomly.

I liked the place, nice rooms, good service, restaurant is bit ordinary (dinnig room) needs to improve and make it look like a restaurant. Meals were great. I will definitely come back.

Amazing Hotel in Trujillo, the staff is very attentive and courteous. Good breakfast and the hotel is located near to the citycenter which makes it easy to reach by bus or taxi.
