The breakfast buffet is varied and appetizing.
Hotel reception unfriendly, because they did not help us with the bags and asked for cancellation on arrival when it could be done at the time of check out.
Room service did not change our towels.
Rooms should have kettles at least on request.

The hotel bathroom very uncomfortable specially the shower you have to wait 10 minutes to get hot water and also have an open wall so all the smells and vapor of the shower stuck in the bedroom hard and smells blankets at the breakfast area you have a person who is looking what are you doing but don’t ask you if you need help even a fruit he denied me because supposed to be fruit for decoration no to be eating that was very rude of that employee overall I’m very disappointed of this hotel.
