Totally recommended, a beautiful hacienda, where you breathe total peace, large pools, gardens, I would return as many times as I can. 5 stars for all, facilities, staff, restaurant, bar, breakfast all spectacular.

Hotel. All the staff are super attentive and friendly. The food A1, the rooms always clean. Beautiful facilities!
Only the heated pools are missing and it would be a 10/10!

Their food is totally terrible I had the opportunity to go before and it was the same and I went back thinking about q had improved but quite the opposite was worse has a nice atmosphere and good attention but their food bad everything should improve on that.

This is a wonderful hotel, which is located in the city of Ica, which is also close to the bodega el catador. This is a 3-star hotel, but offers a nice service for the customer, but not only that, but the talk of the place same is can be said that it is very spacious, has a large swimming pool, many green areas, a wonderful view and has its own restaurant which is located within this hotel.

The place is small but nice, however the food is not nice.

Excellent to enjoy the pool but the lousy food, super expensive, the kitchen closes at 5pm and after that time you can't ask for anything else.

The place is very nice its services are very good the pool gives a very good touch and is very rustic, in the Hacienda San Juan you can spend an amazing day.

Lousy: The food was served cold to me Colico gave me.
Delay in attending do not put a musical track, because if you ask to pay for another extra environment.
We will no longer return to this Hacienda lousy attention.

Quality of service, quality facilities, beautiful pools and suitable for families. They have an area for guests who go for lunch and can use the pool and another for the people who are staying at the hotel. In rooms have different types and prices.

Although it is very nice place, the attention in the restaurant lacks much improvement. The pools keep them clean.

The reception is very good just like the food, it has a large pool in which you can have the most fun.

The attention was not expected on the part of the service. It delayed and they were more inclined that they could sell additional than to serve you at the tables. Even for napkins the grooms and staff did not have the proper performance. So it's a very spacious place and pools. But there are shortcomings that impact on the taste of returning.

The hacienda was great, the staff very friendly and the food fantastic. You can take beautiful photos there, as the ambiance is simply first class for Peruvian conditions.
