Excellent service and friendly staff. An oasis in the middle of the desert. We recommend this B&B.
Edith is an excellent host.
They don´t serve lunch, or dinner but they offer their kitchen so you can use it like your own house.
We will definitely come back for the laid back atmosphere, the fresh fruits and plants from the hacienda.

A lovely site and helpful staff, in a region with fascinating, important history. Huaranjapo is an amazing place, and la dueña Edith and Gilberto are great caretakers. It's a quiet oasis (literally) for getting away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Nice pool, ample chairs and hammocks, clean, basic facilities, including a kitchen, bbq and other amenities for guests. El Carmen with its fascinating history is a 5-8ish minute walk away down a dusty road. El Carmen is worth visiting and this is the best way to stay nearby. Some minor quibbles/tips: the Wi-Fi does not reach all the rooms, and TV in my room didn't seem to be working (which did not bother me, but still). Ask for the rooms in the main house if this is a concern. When coming back at night, even just 10pm, you might need to not just ring the bell but also phone the staff to get someone to open the gate, which was a bit stressful. Still, these are small things that did not mar a great stay.
