The hotel does not have its own parking, which has caused dissatisfaction among guests. A third-party garage is used for cars, where staff may rush guests during departure, and vehicles may be locked when guests attempt to retrieve them. Motorcyclists can leave their vehicles in a secured parking area two blocks from the hotel.

Guest opinions regarding the staff are divided. Many praise the employees for their attentiveness, friendliness, and excellent service, specifically highlighting the work of Paul during breakfast and Ms. Johanna. However, there are complaints regarding poor customer service from a reception employee and a lack of politeness in communication.

Breakfast is included in the price of the stay, but its quality is rated differently. Some guests consider it basic and meager, consisting of coffee, juice, bread, eggs, fruit, ham, or cheese. Others, conversely, describe the buffet-style breakfast as quite good. There have been suggestions to diversify the menu with regional dishes.

The Wi-Fi operation at the hotel has received serious criticism. Guests report very poor signal quality, and in some cases, the Wi-Fi was completely unavailable.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with some featuring panoramic windows. The beds are generally rated as comfortable, although a few guests complained that the pillows were too firm. The interior of some rooms has an "antique feel," yet they remain comfortable.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the bed linens are rated as impeccable, with cleaning performed daily. However, there are complaints regarding the number of towels: guests note that only one set of towels is provided for two people.

An iron with an ironing board and a hairdryer are available upon request. At the same time, some guests noted the absence of shampoo in the bathroom. There were also suggestions to add bottled water and coffee to the rooms.
