The staff at this hotel was amazing. They arranged a private shuttle to pick us up at the airport the morning we landed. We showed up very early in the morning visibly cold and tired, the man at the front desk let us stay in a room free of charge to warm up and rest until our room was ready for check in several hours later. Additionally, they transported our luggage to another hotel an hour and half away while we were visiting Machu Picchu. The morning we left for Machu Picchu (around 3 am) there were little brown bags waiting for us in the lobby containing to go breakfast meals.
Cute no frills hotel right on the river. The staff were all nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was yummy and kept us full until lunch. Know there is no heat in the rooms so bring warm clothes if you come during the winter but the blanket on the bed was very warm. They kept our bag for us while we visited Machu picchu for no cost. Definitely recommend if you're staying in ollantaytambo. We enjoyed our two nights!
