Very good situation. Room spacious and clean. Friendly staff.

I originally booked elsewhere, but they were sold out when I arrived and my reservation had been transferred here. I was given the most amazing room, where the bathroom was almost bigger then the room itself. I had an amazing view out my window of the area and a mountain. I loved this room so very much! it is in the back at the top of the stairs. Even if you don't get that room, you can experience the view in the outdoor hallway / balcony at the top of the stairs — outside this room. Breathtaking!

La cabaña hotel excellente hotel, great service clean rooms and a very good breakfast great experience. Staff extremely nice.

Rooms are small and you can hear the people in the room next door but you'll find anything you need: hot water, confy beds, hairdryer, … The breakfast itself was ok but the breakfast area is not cosy and the music was too loud.

Only spent one night but it was nice. The sac breakfast was full of lots of good items. More than enough.

The Staff are very nice and the rooms are very good. Unfortunately there would be some improvements to make. All in all 5 stars because there is everything you need, the staff is perfect but it goes contextualised the place.

Great staff and location BUT terrible room, dirty (dust, moisture in the bathroom please see picture as well as dead mosquitos on the wall! ), with mosquitoes inside the room when we arrived. The shampoo sample was already partly used, the towels and sheets dirty… I would not stay there again.

I've stayed at La Cabaña many times in the past and after 8 years away made reservations to bring a group of 12 for 2 nights not knowing if it might have changed. Well, it has! And, now better than ever. Often when traveling you reach a point where you long to get home to your own bed. All I could think of was that I wanted to take the bed from La Cabaña home with me. The hotel has gone through a major renovation and Marta, the owner, has done an amazing job. The ambiance is beautiful, welcoming and the rooms are impeccably appointed right down to the heart shaped rose petals on your fluffy white down duvet. Rooms have de-humidifiers, heat and plenty of hot water. Your valuables can be placed in a safe in your room so you will feel free to roam around the village or enjoy the hot springs just a 2 minute walk up the street. The restaurant serves a complimentary morning buffet breakfast that is incredibly abundant with eggs, fresh breads, pastries and fruits, cheeses and meats and plenty of coffee and tea. They also provide delicious dinners in an atmosphere where you can relax and feel pampered. Some of the rooms can be a little small but the attention to detail and comfort make this reasonably priced hotel feel high end. The staff is at the desk 24/7 always greeting you with a smile and warm hello. Give this hotel a try… it will play a big part in making your stay a memorable one!

This is a good hotel, well located and very good service. It has a restaurant within its facilities allowing you to rest at 100% without leaving much since a hike in machu picchu can be exhausting. Congratulations.

Very nice hotel, good rooms you get a restful sleep after a day of hard walking. Breakfast is free and good variety. The staff is very friendly. In short I recommend it 100%

My experience with the cabin is very good:), the atmosphere is nice and very clean, people are friendly and cheerful, gets very hot in Machu Picchu, but the atmosphere is very nice and Machu Picchu is fantastic and a mystery unresolved, the next time that return to Machu Picchu I have booked my stay in the cabin also has a restaurant including…

Really enjoyed our stay here while in Aguas Calientes. We stayed in a triple room and found it to be a great bargain. The staff was very friendly. The shower was very nice as were the beds and the balconies. Central to everything but off the beaten path just enough to ensure quiet nights. Would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent attention. It allows good night's sleep. Recommended for who did Inca Trail. Clean.
