The staff are all to familiar with their clients needing to get up early to hike Machu Picchu and offer a bag breakfast that they give you the night before. The beds were very comfortable and the place had good Wi-Fi. The showers were nice and warm, just what I needed after getting drenched from rain on Machu Picchu. For the price I paid per night I cannot complain about the small stuff. If you need some training before heading up to Machu Picchu, just walk up and down the stairs a few times haha. Left 30 mins for checkout just in case but it was super quick.

I was travelling with 3 friends and the room we stayed in was huge & had everything we needed. The facilities were clean, and the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Our stay included complimentary breakfast, but because we were heading to Machu Picchu early, we knew we wouldn't be able to catch it. However, the person working the desk was kind enough to pack each of us a lunch to take with us, in lieu of missing breakfast.
Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and making us feel comfortable. Looking forward to coming back in the near future!
