Cozy bedroom, good service. They picked us up from the airport, organized excursions, and were attentive to our needs.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are very parents, with theme and quite good issues, the downside is that they are very small rooms, have no parking but this well located hotel, very close to the sights, the staff is friendly, is a good relation quality and Price!

Good hotel with fine interior. 25 minutes to center of Cusco by walk. Rooms are not big but comfortable. Some of rooms have good panorama to the city and mountains. Hotel has breakfast. It's bread, cheese, fruits, vegetables, coffee, tea. Also here can wash your clothes. Price for 1 kg of clothes is 7 sol. Man on reception was very helpful. On my photo you can see how looks this hotel.

I had a great 3 day stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was great. My only complaint, which is not the direct fault of the hotel itself, was that several other guests were loud and held full conversations from the hours of 11pm-5am in the hall. The sound travels to all rooms so I got very broken sleep. The hotel staff did nothing to address the issue.

The service here is phenomenal, but the rooms looked much larger in photos. The breakfast was good. The rooms have no safes, yet the hotel feels very secure. The location is awful. No good places to eat within walking distance and the hotel is located on a hill which is not so nice if you are still getting climatized to the altitude. Also, there are six floors in this hotel and no elevator, which is pretty brutal. The rooms, while small, have very nice decor. I was sad to leave this place after only one night, but I really wanted to be in city centre, at a lower altitude and around many restaurants and shops. If you are on a budget, this is a good place to stay because the nightly rate is great considering it's a trendy private room. Cabs to historical city center are only about 5 soles.

While slightly away from the city center, the staff is simply amazing. They are very hospitable, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

For the price it meets, it is usually that is removed from the plaza de armas.

Very nice hotel, very tasty food and rich, but without a doubt the attentions were excellent. A special mention for our friend Wilber, made us feel at home.

I was a year ago, book the hotel by trivago for your attention of 24-hour we were hoping, screaming and banging the door for more than 2 hours (we arrived near 6 am and we opened last 8.30 am), the attention inside the hotel to say, nothing was good, but not for the 3 stars that is supposed that it was according to trivago whenever we reserve, we passed by puno and we stayed in a 3 star hotel but nice compared to wifala.

Excellent service and rooms very nice, and the best bags of hot water on the beds that when you arrive find heated beds while cold of Cusco.
