For what you pay, this is excellent value. I stayed here for almost a week, and yes not everything is perfect — example the TV's in any of the rooms I stayed never worked, once or twice the hot water wasn't on, and the rooms are fairly basic. But the staff were amazing, I love the open feeling of the place, the breakfast is simple yet nice up on the top level. I had a double private room with my own bathroom for the same price as dorm rooms in some hostels in Cusco. And yes it's noisy when people talk/walk outside your room but nothing some ear plugs and eye mask can't fix. Thanks Pumamarca!

We loved the breakfast (included in the very affordable price per night), especially the coffee and the bread buns! The rooms are simple but neat with very cozy beds and warm covers. The location of the guesthouse is great and the staff is very kind. Overall, a great value for the money.
