Cozy and comfortable and especially close to the Plaza de Armas.

Excellent location just meters from the historic center. The rooms are very comfortable and the people who work in the are very attentive and friendly. We are delighted by the treatment and affection of the Cusquenian and the Peruvian in general. Great people and a great country to keep on knowing.

It is a very nice place, the building has a colonial structure which makes it very nice, the staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms also. They have coca leaf tea for altitude sickness. In turn, it is well located near the San Pedro market. Also a very useful detail is that they have laundry service. The only thing about it is that at breakfast we saw that sometimes they didn't get a refreshment if cheese or ham was missing, however, you always had bread, butter and jam. In addition to beverages as coffee, milk and fruit juice.

Rooms are infested with mold, which leads to many health problems and makes it hard to breathe. Mattresses are so hard that I woke up with terrible pain in my hip. Also, room has no heat when it gets to 30 deg F. Also, smokers smoke on the courtyard. Towels are not washed unless requested and toilet paper needs to be requested at the front desk. I would not stay here again.

I stayed here for a month and the Hostel itself is very well located, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. HOWEVER, the management is the reason why I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They were constantly unfriendly and treated its staff in an unprofessional and inhumane way. In addition, the Wi-Fi was ALWAYS unreliable and did not even reach my room. The rooms are rather expensive for an everyday traveler. With that said, you could easily book a hotel room for the same or even cheaper price.

Friendly and full attention! The 4 days that I was there were very comforting! Very comfortable beds, showers with hot water 24 hs and the breakfast very rich! Excellent care and service.

Stayed here for a few days when in peru. Really quaint place with excellent breakfast and good showers. Also when I was ill the staff were really friendly and helpful. They also helped us book tours around to machu pichu.
