Spacious rooms with a big and comfy bed. Good Wi-Fi. They let us in early as we arrived from the airport on an early morning flight and kept our luggage for 3 days while we've been to Machu Picchu. However, the rooms are quiet noisy, not that clean and breakfast is not that fresh. In addition, no heater and hair dryer available as mentioned in the description and it's a 15-20 min walk to the historic center.

Very good hotel experience. They take very good care of their guests. They even accommodated an early breakfast for us when we had to leave early one day for the trip.

The room was too cold and no heater available even though it was mentioned in the room description + The TV didn't work. The girls working at the front desk were very nice and helpful + comfortable bed and hot shower water. They stored our luggage for one day for free which was nice. The administrator/owner Freddy was very rude to us when we addressed the problem with the TV saying that TV was complimentary. I do not recommentd this hotel. Very rude owner.
