Great room with a hot shower! Warm blankets, and great customer service. The breakfast was also very good and the common areas are inviting and beautiful. Thank you very much for having us!
Room was a bit dirty when I checked in, and my hot water didn’t work on the last day, but very nice people and friendly. In San Blas neighborhood so be prepared for lots of steps! (Not a downside, just for awareness)

My time at this place was a great experience. The bedrooms & bathrooms were really clean & well maintained. The staff were really friendly & helpful which as a solo traveller is very nice. Located just a 5 minutes walk from Cusco main square, this place is perfect for anyone visiting the city who wants to explore by foot. I went away on a 4 day hike along the Inca trail to Machu Picchu & the staff were more than happy to store my luggage for me free of charge which was great. The laundry service was also very good too. All in all I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Cusco.
