Excellent care recommended.

The rooms, environments, facilities in general clean, spacious, beautiful and illuminated. The buffets, very good service and comfort in general.
As a recommendation it would be excellent to have a heated pool.

This hotel is wonderful and the staff is beyond great. The grounds are beautiful and the view is breathtakingly stunning, the beds are comfy, the food from the restaurant is divine and most importantly, they have baby Alpacas that we got to bottle feed! My best friend and I have had a beautiful time here which has contributed to one of the most amazing experiences of our lives. We so highly recommend this hotel and when I come back to the area (which I will), I will stay here again.

A rewarding experience, which allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of the Sacred Valley. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is ideal to come with loved ones and surrender to the enjoyment of the charms of the Imperial City, such as the landscape and facilities of this hotel, prior to the visit to the citadel of Machu Picchu. He eats very well. I totally recommend them.

A beautiful and welcoming place, excellent attention highlights the friendliness of Daniela and Daniel as well as the reception and restaurant staff. Spacious. Assorted fridge, good Wifi signal. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. The menu contains local dishes. Games for children, campfire at night.

We stayed here prior to doing a Sacred Valley tour. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were very pleased with our room — it was very spacious. We enjoyed one of the barman's special Pisco Sours — delicious! We dined in the hotel restaurant and absolutely everything we ordered was sensational! My husband tried the alpaca and declared it to be the best meal he has ever eaten! High praise indeed!

The place is highly recommended, but the front should give special consideration especially to those with disabilities, like me. However this problem was resolved when a gentleman staff drove my wife and I to our room with a golf cart. Special thanks to him. Our stay in your facilities is very enjoyable.

The sacred valley is beautiful and most hotels will have some sort of view towards the valley. This one is on the higher end (but not the highest) and the cost doesn't really show it, I found it very affordable for a 4 star hotel and as I said the views were spectacular.

This was an amazing resort, the rooms were wonderful, warm, and comfortable. The dining was amazing with local dishes such as alpaca steak. My family and I are all celiac (medically gluten free) and the restersunt at the resort was incredibly celiac-aware, making sure that all of our food was prepared in a special environment to eliminate cross contamination (special thanks to our waiter Irwin who was patient, consciencious, and very careful with all of our dietary needs). The only down sides/complaints my family had for the Resort was that 1) it is fairly isolated, making it difficult to explore the town and local areas without a taxi or private driver, and 2) There wasn't any drinkable water included with the room. Coming from the United States the tap water in Peru is hard on digestion causing pretty bad diarrea in most tourists, and the only water available at the resort outside of the dining room were the minibar water bottles which cost $5 a piece (15 solles). Considering how high end of a resort this is I was expecting to be able to drink water without paying ~7 times the going price from the closest town (which is about 15 minutes away by car).

Very expensive. Very old mattresses. Everything is paid for. The room I touched was noisy by street of stones for internal use where vehicles circulate. Far away from everything and it's expensive to breathe.

Beautiful. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we've ever been to. It has a huge garden, next to the mountains, very photogenic. Our room had a fully equipped bathroom for the handicapped. It has a gym, spa and a small astronomical observatory. We were charged USD15 per person to see a brief astronomical benefit and use the telescope, but it was cloudy and we saw nothing.

Cute Cabana style hotel with an awesome property to explore. They even have Llamas running around for that authentic Peruvian feel. However the hotel lacks in amenities for the price. The shower/bath tub didn't drain, the toliets didn't work well, there wasn't a fan in bedrooms, and the restaurant food choices were mediocre. The food itself wasn't anything to phone home about. The resort offered a cute observatory to view the unpolluted night sky which was very nice and the bar was fully stocked. Id recommend if there was a coupon or a deal.

I Made use of restaurant for lunch, the attention was very good and the food quite nice, there is access for handicapped people to the dining room, however there is no access for the hygienic services.

The rooms are great, no doubt. The view: spectacular. The food is a terrible rendition of Westernized Peruvian cuisine and only disappoints. You’re saddened by the idea you have to eat here again (if you’re staying for more than one night) as the closest restaurant is 20 minutes away by taxi. The service is a little too much. I appreciate the care but don’t stuff it down my throat. Makes me feel uncomfortable :/ The spa treatments are mediocre (went for a relaxation massage)

In Peru's Sacred Valley of the Incas, this hotel's landscape and architecture fit the locale well. The rooms, staff and ambiance are perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone enjoying the country and it's indigenous peoples.

The name already says it, the hotel is located in the middle of the sacred valley, until Ollantaytambo it is only about 20 minutes. The rooms are large, the service is friendly. The entire complex consists of several buildings in a large park. The view of the Andean peaks is fantastic!

The grounds were fairly expansive and well groomed. There was a llama right below our balcony 'mowing' the grass. They were remodeling and put us right in the middle of the construction which was inconvenient. Overall I enjoyed the brief stay here.

The best place to stay in Machu Pitchu! A heaven in Velle Sagrado. When you tell locals your staying at Casa Andina — they all know that you know what luxury is. Beautiful room, soft linens, great view! And superb service! Breakfast is good too. We stayed for 4 days and they do not serve the same food unlike other buffet breakfast. They also have star gazing activity at night. The bonus: theres llama and al paca in the hotel garden. I will definitely recommend this to all travelers wanting to experience Machu Pitchu the best possible way! Luxury and adventure combined!
