After almost 10 months of visiting this place, I managed to write my review.
It is a very central hotel in Cusco but at the same time away from the noise. Super comfortable and elegant room. I loved that the breakfast was personalized, they would get up early to make us our breakfast since we left very morning. What's more, they once made us takeaway breakfast because it was 4am and didn't give us time for breakfast.
Highly recommended, the person is re-friendly :)

A superb setting, spacious rooms. Finally especially the sequel with Jacuzzi. And compared to those who say it doesn't work. Simply activate the circuit breaker next to it.

Excellent Hotel!, the rooms are heavenly, our Suite with panoramic view and jacuzzi was wonderful. I appreciate the attention of the staff for your kindness and concern at all times, and delicious breakfasts… made our stay in Cusco was more than pleasant.

Very nice hostel in San Blas, with a nice garden.

We stayed for an entire week at this hotel, and we're delighted with the courteous staff, impeccable cleanliness, and beautiful landscaping. The staff speaks very good English, and are always enthusiastic to assist you. The free breakfast every morning was delicious, and well stocked. As with any boutique property, each room had its own personality. The neighborhood was also extremely safe with a wide variety of markets and restaurants within a few hundred feet. This was our first time in cusco, and we would certainly return to this property in the event we were to visit this beautiful city again. There are far more costly hotels in the area that are not as good. Normally, in cusco, the price is directly correlated with the cleanliness and amenities offered, however that is not the case here. There are a lot of different options in this neighborhood, but you will not be disappointed with tiki wasi casa boutique.

The hotel was very appealing with beautiful sceneries. The rooms and the bathrooms were excellent size with appealing decor. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was very difficult to access. The rooms and bathrooms were always cold because of only space heaters which was unpleasant.

Really great and cozy place. The stuff was very friendly, and the very helpful. Rooms are clean, hot water anytime (which might not be so in other places). Pretty good breakfast, and pleasant environment inside of the place. If that's your first time in Cusco, I definitely recommend staying here.

Best hotels in Cusco! Comfortable rooms, clean and with a different theme each. The attention of their workers is also outstanding. It is very close to the plaza, but it should go up the street. I recommend it!
