Excellent place to visit the navel of the world, comfortable, breakfast buffet, very good attention.

They had cozy seating in the lobby and great breakfast options. Very clean.

I was referred to this hotel by the cancellation of a flight and I consider that, I must receive the same attention and service as any guest.
My room, the 318 did not have TV in good condition (era of the old), the receptionist "walked" with the remote control (I had to stop to change the channels and turn off the TV) saying that would send someone to test the control and Cable signal (Obviously, no one came), there was a closed door where he listened to the conversations of the side room.
At dinner, as there was no table available for 3 people we were told to "Acomodaramos" (each at a different table) and we could not expect to vacate a table but lose dinner.

Best hotel! We loved our room, only wish they extended room service hours and breakfast was more "peruvian" I expected chicharron, tamales, camote frito, not scrambled eggs and toast.

Nice Hotel, clean, close to city center, attention was good. The only thing to improve would be the food… When they receive delegations lower their quality!

This is an average Hotel with just amenities, it depends compared to what. Compared to in 3 stars in Europe it leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel is already old, needs a remodel. For a backpacker it is a great hotel, for a posh/Pituco or come. Price chord. The rooms have no iron, no air conditioning. On the other hand there is plasma TV, freezer and small heater. The bathroom has a hairdryer.

Excellent place taking into account quality and price. It is very well located, opposite the largest artisanal center of Cuzco, persons blocks from the Plaza de Armas, only 10 minutes from the airport which for only 15 Suns takes you a taxi remise. The hotel staff is super super friendly and always happy to make our stay the best! I was the week of November 4 to 11, 2017. And anytime I am again!
