Regular service does not help you with suitcases no elevator has three floors the rooms there are good and other regular beds and the pillows are hard not very hot the heavy blankets and are not thermal sometimes there is no hot water especially in the afternoon Night.

Great place, great rooms and they were always polite.

Central location, cozy breakfast, the truth is not very good better not to hire plan with food the food in town is cheap so it is best to eat out-good place to stay.

Very nice, clean and tidy! (I could only criticism is that it does not have a PC at the reception to make and print check one of the flights… That has nothing to do with the hotel). Highly recommended.

Excellent service and good rooms.

The toilets need major improvements. Would be nice to have someone speaking atleast basic English as there was alot of miscommunication. The tea wasn't replaced and the breakfast was provided a litlle late. It was a great stay but needs quite a bit of improvements.

We stayed at the hotel Emperador Plaza in Cuzco for a week in January 2018, interrupted by two days we spent in Aguascalientes. The hotel has an unbeatable location, just a few metres from the central square and the city's main attractions such as the beautiful San Blas neighborhood, which brings together art, gastronomy and local culture. The rooms are impeccable, covering all the needs of a visitor as safe, closets, heating, TV etc. The common spaces are spacious, warm and very pleasant; The breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful and helpful. The hotel has a paid laundry service that we use, as in rainy season the clothes can become moist. Also, the days we were outside we were able to leave the extra baggage at the hotel without any inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone who wants to enjoy the city of Cuzco in all its splendor!

Good clean accommodation, very basic but quite. Breakfast sparse but enough for daily activity. Definitely need to ask for a heater as no aircon.

It highlights the location a few meters from the Plaza de Armas. In terms of service can improve.

Lousy Hotel I don't recommend it. The Wi-Fi goes when you want, the bathroom of the lousy rooms with a grill in the window of 30 direct to the street (a cold in the bathroom with 3 degrees at night that flips. ) Two floors walking with the suitcases without any help. The bathroom paint is falling apart. With a soap pill you have to wash your hands, shower and use shampoo. If you have to get up early they tell you not to worry that tomorrow you have something in the lounge for breakfast look at the photos, hot water pan of mold, butter balls and jam, no coffee, no milk. For that they give you a bag with a fruit a yogurt and a bagel, that even that. Not counting the spiders, in general all very old, doors, irregular floors covered with a super thin carpet etc … would keep counting and not finish. The only good 50 meters from the Plaza de Armas.

It's a very cozy place. Good treatment, but the best is its location and the different services and contacts with different companies dedicated to tourism. I forgot the buffet breakfast is spectacular.

The hot water was so random.
One minute your shower is good then it's so hot it's dangerous then it's cold. No hot water.
The rooms are stuffy and the Wi-Fi is not good.
Breakfast was lovely each morning.

The hotel is excellently located, next to the plaza de Armas, which is essential in Cuzco. The breakfast was very good and gave us all the information we needed for our trip. Rooms comfortable and clean. To Me it seems like a very good option for those who want to travel to this beautiful city.

Excellent location and facilities.

Very attentive everyone, especially the administering, fabulous breakfasts, is resting well, the room was heating and safety deposit box. This very well located 1/2 block from the convent of Santa Catalina and 1y 1/2 block from the Plaza de Armas.

This hotel made my stay in Cuzco very nice. I arrived very tired with altitude sickness and they gave me a proper attention. In addition, the rooms are very ample, they have very nice bathrooms, a good breakfast. Is what I was looking for me. The best thing is its location, and being able to walk around at night to the main square and be back in 5 minutes. I recommend it.

This hotel was exactly what my friends and I needed for our Cuzco trip. It was comfortable, nice bedrooms, the staff was friendly with us and gave us useful recommendations. The best thing is it´s in location, you can go out for a walk to the Main Square at any time and be in the hotel in a minute. Great breakfast to start the day. Good choice.

Excellent. I host there. The cosy rooms. The Wi-Fi works well, very well located spectacular breakfast a buffet very full. I highly recommend it.

For starters not even reach to stay at linking, since INFORMALISM made that a reservation made in August (since they didn't run me out of place for new year) hotel and same hotel owner ignored it. To make matters worse the day you call to ask an explanation the owner I tildo me Loco. The worst treatment and abuse I've ever had in my life. Really looking for another place if you can. If I could rate it would be in negative TOTAL.

My girlfriend (fluent in spanish) and I got in late and were in need of a hotel. We walked around and quickly found emperador very close to the main plaza and looked very nice from the outside. We went ahead and booked 4 nights which provided us a small discount. From there it went downhill. The room was poorly insulated, with a window that let in cold drafts even when completely closed. They provided a small heater that was inadequate. When ask for the Wi-Fi password, the front desk lady (short haired middle aged woman) provided a piece of paper with the network name and password. This did not work and when my girlfriend told the front desk lady, she just snorted that we didn't enter it in correctly and was visibily disgusted and rude. We politely reassured her that we tried every permutation of capital and lower case. Eventually, we got another password which worked and without any appologies from the lady. Later that same day, while on the toilet, the water was disconnected! No water from the faucet, shower, and worst off no water to flush the comode! I've never been to a hotel or even a hostel where the water was suprisingly disconnected mid day. We again went down and spoke to other staff members and also ask to speak to the owners. Unfortunately they were not available. We then left for a walk about cuzco, got lunch and came back several hours later.
