Good hotel. Everything was perfect since my arrival. The hotel is well located at the back of the Av. The sun, and it's very close to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. Happily there is almost no traffic at night and therefore the noise does not bother at all. Very modern bathroom with hot water. Comfortable beds and blankets for the cold. Wi-Fi service is appreciated as well. The breakfast is good and the atmosphere is very cozy. If you are still not sure which places to visit or want to visit something new, ask at reception that there is a person in charge who knows Cusco very well and will guide them.

Poor hotel. Good points: the beds are comfortable and they have heaters in the rooms. Bad Points: Upon checking in we had an internal room that was dark and cramped. We didn't book this. Then when we moved rooms the bath did not fill, something we booked the hotel for because my wife was sick. They also threw away one day's supply of my wife's medication. When we raised these issues with the owner she didn't seem to care and the worst point said the mistakes would come out of the staffs wages… which left the receptionist in tears. There's a nightclub down the alleyway so it's gets noisy outside. Oh, and the Wi-Fi is pretty rubbish. It's expensive for what it is, head for the San Blas district. The monasterio del Inca is way nicer and the rooms are $40 less. Plus the owner/manager is nice.
