I loved my experience there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is superb (near the main square of Cusco — walking distance). The rooms very nice and with great view from the suites. The breakfast delicious with natural products and room service at reasonable rates. Internet worked very well.

Wonderful staff and very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Staff is extra helpful and the free coca tea is a good touch. Breakfast is of high quality and is included with your stay. Roof top seating is a great place to chill with a cup of coffee.

Small comfortable hotel with cute decor and attentive staff. The hotel is a short walk from shopping, restaurants, and some historic sites. We stayed two nights in April and returned on the second night to find hot water bottles warming our bed. They also provide filtered water to refill water bottles in the rooms and lobby which was not only a nice service but environmentally conscience too. Highly recommend. The hotel is on a steep street with steps inside that would provide a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

This hotel is a gem, originally a house in the 18th century has been converted to a wonderful hotel. The people here are great, Patricia at the reception is great and will assist you with any needs, free breakfast with fruit, fresh eggs, coffee and fresh juice is wonderful.

Beautiful hotel in an attractive neighbourhood. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us have a great holiday. Everything was clean and well equipped. The central plaza was only a couple of blocks (downhill) away and easily reachable by foot. Very nice restaurants and bars in direct neighbourhood (Pachapapa for traditional peruvian food with heated outdoor dining area and Limbus RestoBar for excellent cocktails with a perfect view from the hillside over the whole of Cusco)

Strategic location, comfortable rooms and lovely staff.

Its a small boutique style hotel, with comfortable and ample rooms with a full and ample bathroom. Each room has its own theme. Ours was the river. Even though it is oriented towards the Andean Culture, the motto"Nuestras vidas son como los ríos" reminded me Jorge Manrique's poem. The personnel is outstanding, wishing always to please you even in your small desires.

Great staff and venue. However, located beside a music school. Lots of squeaky instrument sounds during the day.

A fantastic place to stay in San Blas Cusco. Excellent service, beautiful rooms and very reasonable. If you want to be in the heart of San Blas, I recommend it highly.

We stayed here two nights and besides being very central and having a allusive decoration to themes "Incas" have a helpful staff and some details that are not easily found, like putting a bag of water in the bed. I loved it.

Excellent boutique hotel. Every room is different. It is decorated with frescoes alluding to the proper name of each perfect room to tour the center of Cusco or as a base to explore the surroundings its staff is very friendly and helpful.

We spent three lovely nights at this small, charming boutique hotel in the lively San Blas neighborhood. The staff was consistently helpful, informative and kind and the place is lovely, with a fine blend of local culture and comfort. Lovely lobby and rooftop terrace for reading or sipping tea and the artisans, restaurants, music and history of this city start right outside the front door. Bravo!

A great place to stay in downtown Cusco. Loved the neighbourhood and the nearness to the sights of the city.

Hotel and Restaurant: The rooms are very welcoming, well-appointed, spotless. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There are details and attention that have left us surprised. We also tried the restaurant, the choice is not wide but the dishes were really good and genuine. Abundant portions. We took a soup, a risotto and a second chicken. Simple dishes but cooked and cooked to perfection. Good price. I definitely recommend it!

Friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. They do small things such as trying to call everyone by name (they did well remembering my wife and I). They even ran sometimes to hold a door or help my wife and I with our luggage. The staff all spoke at least decent english (except maybe the maid, but that is okay). The room was not the largest or fanciest I have ever stayed in, but it was cozy and inviting, which is even better in my opinion. The only thing I would have liked was a refrigerator to keep the leftovers my wife brought home one night. Unfortunately, that food went to waste. They keep a container of filtered water in the lobby, which was very convenient so we didn't have to buy so many bottles of water. It was extra nice for me, who drinks almost exclusively water. They also put hot water bladders in the beds shortly before guests typically go to sleep to warm up the bed during cool Cusco nights. The hotel restaurant was very good. In fact my wife said it was her favorite meal she had in Cusco. The included breakfast buffet was an assortment of fruit, bread, cheese, cereal, and 1 or 2 hot items. There is a nice rooftop area with seating if you want to relax and get some fresh air during your stay. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, and is only a few blocks from the main square. It was easy for us to walk to everything we wanted to see in the historic district of town.

Nice but we had no problems paying with the credit card Master card and we had to rush to pick up some cash at the last minute.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Situated in the San blas area with lots or artisan craft shops and artists. Very close to the main square of the old town and tourist attractions. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this place was nothing short of fantastic. It's cozy and unpretentious, and only a couple of blocks from the main square. There are also plenty of great dining and shopping options nearby. Service was friendly and attentive (and they always remembered my name! ). The included breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious. Should I ever return to the enchanting city of Cusco, I will definitely be checking back in Casa San Blas Boutique!

We've enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are quaint and clean, the area is safe, and the breakfast is yummy! If you're going to have your clothes washed though, do it around the corner at the lavanderia to save a bunch of money.

This was an amazing place to stay, with delightful helpful staff. The breakfast offered fresh fruits every day and a very goo range and herbal teas with information on their health benefits.

The staff are very friendly and their English is generally good. Other than that, it has been a nightmare staying here. Here's an itemized list: #1: They are located right next to a rock music school, so good luck sleeping if you are staying here on a weekend, because they absolutely do have parties that make it impossible to sleep. The hotel staff won't warn you that this is going to happen, but at least they're kind enough to offer complimentary earplugs if you complain, not that the earplugs do ANYTHING to keep out the noise. #2: The "complimentary Wi-Fi" might as well not exist. We've now stayed in two completely different parts of the hotel (including room 102, which is located RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE Wi-Fi ROUTER), and can attest to the fact that the Internet is so slow that it takes a solid 30 seconds to load basic text web pages. By far the worst Wi-Fi connection of any hotel we've stayed at in Peru… including hotels located in the remote and rural Colca Valley. #3: The staff do NOT know where tourist activities are in the area, beyond where the main "Plaza de Arms" is. Of course, this won't prevent them from telling you where things are, even if they are completely wrong. We were hoping to go to the Chocolate Museum, so we asked someone at the front desk. Without batting an eye, he pulled out a map and marked exactly where the Museum was. When we arrived at the spot he had marked, we found a tiny chocolate store, with no museum in sight.
