We ate at the restaurant and loved it. We ordered off the menu touristica and it was only 20 Sol's each. I was skeptical at first but the dishes were great, I had a delicious lomo saltado. Also, they don't add any fees which many other restaurants here do. Finally, the family there seemed so friendly and happy. I would recommend eating here.

After a lot of searching and reading horror stories of places to stay I settled on Adelas hostel and I was glad I did. It provided just what we needed for a home base during our visit to Machu Picchu. Clean rooms, plenty of hot water, and a very quiet hostal. We had a river side room which provided relaxing white noise (think quiet AC) and hardly noticed the trains. Close proximity to the train station means that you don't have to haul your bags up the busy streets in town. The free breakfast starts at 5 and is the usually fare. Wifi could have been faster but hardly something to complain about.

Since I got the attention it was very cordial and warm, it is a small hotel but close to everything. They printed my pass to get into Machu Picchu. They gave Me a lot of information where to buy the ticket for the bus that you get up to the citadel and you buy back and forth is cheaper, as well as that time to do the row, as I had q being in Wayna Picchu I was served breakfast to take away very early in the morning. It was an excellent experience.

We stayed overnight for a visit to Machu Picchu the next morning. The room was clean and inviting and the accommodations were complete. The staff was very friendly, the view of the river was great, and it's got a good location for getting to the train or the bus. We told the owner we were going to be leaving early, so they had breakfast sent to our room the night before. Great spot and a good value for that town.

A hotel at the edge of the railroad quiet no train at night.

We stored our luggage here and hAd dinner before taking the train. Great friendly place! The dinner was pretty good with a set menu of 20 sol for drink, appetizer and an entree. Better than the one we had the previous night in the busy area.

Basic accommodation, clean rooms, super friendly staff and perfect location between the train station and Machu Picchu buses. There's also a small restaurant in the house. The train track is right in front of the house and on the back there's the river. But nothing to worry about with earplugs …

We loved this hostel. It is centrally situated in Aguas Calientes, the people are extremely friendly and we had a fantastic triple room, with a huge window overlooking the river. You could hear at night the running of the water in the river and it was so soothing and relaxing. We highly recommend it.

I love this little hostal. We got the river view and the sound of the river flowing was relaxing. The service was great. They went out of their way to get us what we wanted, like hard boiled eggs :-) The place was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. They had Wifi, which I hope they extend to the rooms. We had to go outside the room to get signal. But, hey it was free. So no complains. On top of all the good things, the lady at the front desk went way out of her way to the train station with a bag full of personal stuff that I had put on the floor to take a last picture and forgot to pick it up before I left. Right before the train left I see this sweet lady holding my bag and asking the train personal to give it to me. I will forever remember her, no because whatever I had in the bag was valuable but because she went out of her way to make sure that I got it. Very sweet. I would definitely stay there if I go back to Aguas Calientes. I highly recommend this place. And, it is reasonable priced. Value for your money. Love it ♥.
