A highly recommended place for business meetings and business lunches. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, surrounded by nature. There is a small zoo for cuyes, rabbits and turtles, recommended for children. There are usually few people, so it is ideal for a family day out. It also has a sauna and a water eye where thermal water is born.

It is a nice place with facilities to enjoy the Spa and pool with hot springs, green areas around the rooms. Gourmet restaurant, Convention Center among others.

I liked a environment super relaxed and quiet. The service and attention very pleasant. What I would advise is that their TV are more updated type smart to have more options for the children. On the other hand I rest a star xq the food in the restaurant is not so good, somewhat low taste somewhat bland, perorescatemos that your attention is good.

Historic old spa hotel in partial disrepair. Still very nice but should be 3 stars not 4.

The Hotel is very nice and located in a very privileged and tourism of Cajamarca, in the Inca baths. It boasts a swimming pool with thermal water (very good). The rooms are nice, have a good breakfast and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Hotel to relax. Apart from the tourist attractions of Cajamarca, the hotel has two swimming pools of thermal waters for relaxing especially in the morning and in the evening. The hot water of the tubs in the bathrooms of the bedrooms is also of the thermal source. The breakfast buffet is very good, the restaurant is very good. The prices are reasonable.

The hotel was great, but THE DISHONESTY OF THE STAFF MESSED WITH THE END OF OUR STAY! My girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We must believe that this kind of thing happens even at the best hotel in town with a good reputation, but against the most offensive is that; the management did nothing to find my stolen cellular or find the person in question that works in laundry. Thinking, I'm just a tourist passing through, and I continue my journey and unable to claim back anything. But we must believe also that management has nothing to do with the good reputation of their hotel. But otherwise it's true, I was delighted with my stay, the setting is beautiful, breakfast and service are exceptional. The dishes served by the restaurant are excellent. Little less is that even if the pool water is changed once a week, there is nobody to clean water every day from all insects and plants floating on the surface. GOOD TIP: If you want to keep your stuff, leave nothing dragged into the room!

A first place! I was treated wonderfully! All its facilities are perfectly maintained and in very good condition.
