This was the worst hotel I have experienced in Peru! The room was dirty with dirty towels and bathroom. We have travelled in a group of 24 and were place in this horrible place. The scenery, however, is wonderful!
The hotel is by the river with beautiful green areas, (5-minute drive from Chivay. ) You have to climb quite a few stairs to get to the hotel and inside the hotel itself, but the staff will help you with your luggage so you don't have to exert yourself. It has indoor and outdoor pools with thermal waters. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit to enjoy the hot springs. It's a place to relax; there's no TV or Wi-Fi in the rooms, and it gets cold at night, but there are plenty of blankets on the beds, heating, and they also give you a hot water bottle to put at the foot of the bed to keep it warm.
