We loved it! The atmosphere is very cozy, quiet, with green areas. It has a somewhat European style that makes it magical. The staff is very attentive, the rooms clean, comfortable. Top-notch services. I always recommend it.

Excellent Hotel, friendly, 100% recommended. Very comfortable beds, hot water at all times, all very clean. Breakfast in very nice atmosphere and with a very good service and friendliness. Good location, quiet, walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. Lovely interior garden, very nice to rest there, or leave early in the morning.

Three star Hotel with very good facilities. Spacious rooms, clean and with modern touches. The hotel in itself is very striking for its classic façade and the interior does not disappoint. The gardens are very well maintained and have outdoor environments. The location while not so close to the main square, does not take away points as you can get cheap taxis or even walk.

The hotel looks awesome from the outside, good lighting. The reception is classic European type as well as the gardens, very pretty. Service is very good. Rooms are spent and old. The sheets are clean but the carpet, furniture and even walls are stained and don't seem clean. Even the lighting switch was obviously dirty. My bathroom is so so, the tile is cheap. They have plenty of hot water though. The breakfast is not buffet buffet. I mean they have jam cheese eggs juice flakes and yogurt but they need to double that offering. Finally on my checkout they were doing some maintenance on the windows metal structure and it was a bit annoying. They have potential I think they need more proactive management and they could really go beyond the acceptable category.

Wow it was really nice to be in the Hotel and I have spent their three nights really, Nice meals, breakfast fantastic, the Cocoa leaves tea really was my daily tea in the Hotel. Please keep it up and nice to be with you and we will look forward to sell your Name. Regards

Cozy place to stay in Arequipa, they have beautiful gardens and it has a more home like feel.
