Loved our two night stay at Tambo Sapalanchan — the perfect place to recharge after a day of adventure, with delicious meals prepared by Paul. Ask for the lomo saltado con trigo, a real hit, followed by the best apple pie. I highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Kuelap and Quiollcta.
