Five Hotel & Residences

The staff here are kind and friendly but that’s where it ends.
The room smelt funny, there was no toilet paper and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken my entire stay.
The housekeeper forgot to provide toilet paper multiple days. I shouldn’t have to ask for toilet paper at a hotel…
They also charge for water?
The hotel is also in the same building as a bunch of offices, so you awkwardly walk through an office lobby and get into the elevator with office workers.
There are also a bunch of bars and restaurants downstairs that are loud at night and an outdoor CrossFit gym that’s loud at 7am in the mornings and until 8pm at night so if you’re sensitive to noise, avoid this hotel.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Nice leafy side street, with plenty of nearby restaurants. Great service. Clean and Nicely decorated rooms. Great breakfast.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff and great rooftop bar. However the air conditioning fans located outside the window were noisy and there was also noise from the bar below. So not the quietest hotel. Breakfast was OK but freshly baked bread and croissants would have been better than the supermarket products that were served.

A very nice hotel, good location. The area is quite noisy and the soundproofing in the rooms is not great so it can take a while to get to sleep. The buffet breakfast is quite good though a bit chaotic. Very helpful staff.

The hotel has five star in its name only.
The rooms are okay, bed is okay, bathroom is great. They are very noisy since the gym pump loud music at any time it is open.
The hotel is weirdly integrated with an office building and it is kind of awkward to take the elevator sharing it with office workers.
The main downside of this place is for sure the lack of proper service. Most of the staff, even at the front desk doesn’t speak English, very underwhelming for a “five star” hotel.
We requested the day before the last a small breakfast to-go since we were going to leave very early, but the guy at the front desk forgot to insert our order, so at checkout we had no breakfast.
The breakfast in general is quite poor, and the service is subpar even there. There were no clean plates for guest to use, but the waitresses were just chatting between themselves and when I asked for some clean plates I was confronted by a very annoyed reaction.
In general, a lack of professionalism and care for guests are the reasons I would not suggest anyone to stay here. Don’t let you be fooled by the “five stars”, I’m pretty sure there are much better options for the price I paid.

Really nice building in a great location. Room is cool and comfortable. Housekeeping and front desk were great. Nice gym. A chair on the balcony and iron would be better. An information book in the room would be helpful. The website leaves a lot to be desired and I'm not the type to spend 10 minutes asking questions to the front desk. Safe, walkable and modern.

First, we want to clarify that "Five" is the name of the hotel, not its star rating. The hotel is decent but definitely not five-star. It has good internet and very comfortable beds. The breakfast is basic and monotonous, with eggs, sausages, bacon, fruits, and pastries, but unfortunately, there are no vegetables or greens. The reception staff speaks English but can sometimes be a bit arrogant. There is an air conditioner and hot water. The room cleaning is average, with a rather perfunctory approach. There was hair on the floor and poorly cleaned mirrors and glass shower doors. However, the bed linen and towels were clean, white, and of good quality. Also we had two maintenance issues in our room, which were resolved promptly. There is loud noise from the downstairs disco until midnight, and noise from the hallway is also quite audible. Overall, this is a 3+ star level hotel. It is located in a safe area with many supermarkets, restaurants, and currency exchange points nearby.

Positive the hotel is in good order and clean comfy beds.
Service, however, is terrible allot of yes yes sir, with no outcome.
We had 16 rooms as this establishment, and all say the same thing.
There is, unfortunately, a lack of space in the room with nowhere really to work if here on business.
But on top of that, the hotel rooms, especially the lower levels, are subject to a lot of noise.
One from an outdoor gym that starts at 6 am until about 10 pm that blasts music from start till finish.
Secondly some rooms share floors with offices building that are hussel and bustling through the week days that easily disturb rooms close by.
Past the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
Would not recommend for a restful stay.

For its facilities and the treatment of its staff are very attentive breakfast is very good gym and pool in the area are luxury all well clean if I recommend it.

Already visit many hotels! but Hotel Five in particular became a welcoming place for me, if I could give 10 stars I would, with my family we are going through such a difficult time, and the people at the hotel were so empathetic with our pain! they didn't attend in an excellent way! they were very human! I recommend it 100 percent, Thank you very much hotel Five!

Modern environments, with good energy and close to everything! We had a great experience with large windows that show the light and green of the city.

Very good service.
I just couldn't enjoy the pool and terrace why they had reserved for a third-party event.
They should give priority to their guests.
