We stayed at the Summit Resort for two days and were so impressed! The food, the pools, the trails and scenery were all fantastic. And the staff as well! Jeffrey, Carlos, and Eunysse were AMAZING hosts and so accommodating and friendly.

4 stars with a 3 stars taste. I mean almost all of the 3 business rooms we got were good and the staff that were really good make a big difference while other seems to be confused or have a don't care actitude. In my opinion the pool area can be improved as well as the restaurants area.

It is a comfortable hotel, while it is in the middle of nature, has a very nice butterfly and the landscapes are beautiful, there are walking trails. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was excellent. Patacones stuffed with opener shrimp and the Big Burger with a glass of beer. Tremendous combination. Recommended.

Incredibly beautiful location with an amazing gold course. Quite reasonable too and not far from the city for a weekend break.

Amazing hotel! One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been in. The view was stunning and the breakfast was fantastic! The staff were so sweet and kind (taught us Spanish and vice versa with English). The tour guide was super helpful and could answer our many questions with a great deal of patience. Overall this was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I wish I booked for a longer period of time here, as the hotel that we stayed at after in panama city couldn’t compare.

We had a little issue at check-in and it took a very long time. After that, the rooms, resort, and amenities were all amazing. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us out doing our stay.

The hotel is very nice, it is in a wooded area, removed from the city, but that makes it quiet. The service is very good, the service is excellent, the food is wonderful, although with very little variety, the rooms are very nice and the rooms for activities are very nice, well maintained and with good lighting.
It has a good gym and the pool is very nice and well maintained. It has a bar where they offer many national and international drinks.
During my stay, my room had a very strong smelly smell, something like moisture and the bathroom drain (room 603), the food buffet offered a single rice, two or three meats, and so on.
The transport offered by the hotel is extremely expensive. It is recommended whenever possible to use Uber. The hotel offers internet, but it fails a lot. One morning the electricity failed and there was no water, until 7:30am.

We stayed from June 8 until June 11. Nice room with Rainforest view. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast. Butterfly garden and frog place was small. Trip to the railway through the forest was nice.

The staff were Very friendly and comfortable. The pool area should be improved as it shows a bit sloppy. The food was good. Some dishes are somewhat cold and should improve the waiting time to receive what was ordered from the bar.

Absolutely horrible. We got 4 rooms, 3 were dirty and 1 still had people inside it, sleeping. They refused to give us new rooms, so we were asked to wait for the house keepers to clean each of our rooms, which they did not even change the sheets for. This place appears nice but does the bare minimum for sanitation.

Excellent hotel and services. It is part of a diverse ecosystem and full of tropical landscapes. The pools should be neater but the place is perfect for a pleasant stay.

This hotel, located in the middle of the jungle and a field of golf of 18 holes, it is beautiful, the staff is very helpful and attentive, we are spending beautiful days in the 8th. Floor. We highly recommend it.

Great pool area for kids and good food. They also have reasonable drink prices for a hotel/resort. Their driving range goes down a steep hill which makes for some fun and great views.

Love the beauty and the sounds of the rainforest. Two trails will engulf you with tropical lush plants and trees. Not to mention the exotic animals and birds that live there. Rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast gets a C!

The pool was a little dirty the BBQ area is maintenance-free just like the gym in the restaurant area the buffet is no longer the same I went because a year ago I had gone and we liked it but for this occasion it was still quite simple and some of the guys that a tends it's like foreigner it wasn't very cut when it's too polite to my girls at the pike tells me they're only for golf club members who had already taken that off the menu for other customers if they notice that the attention to those of the golf club is different I think then I shouldn't do other people's lodgings and not to mention that they had a wedding on Saturday night in the area of the picina of the boys and they had all that area restricted with their decoration and my girls and the friends and the other guests could not bathe was in because young children couldn't even take it to the park
I really don't like this.

Old, Mouldy coffee set in the Room's coffee maker, broken tiles in the hallway in front of the room, dirty tablecloths at breakfast, rooms not properly cleaned and under the desk-swept filth, unmotivated staff in Breakfast room, which do not manage to refill the empty (but anyway Horrible) Buffett and tablecloths with all the rubbish and breadcrumbs on the floor, while the other guests have breakfast, … from Radisson I'm usually something else Usual.

Very good for the local situation. Big Golf Course right next to the house, impressive is the forest in which the whole is staged. Wild Toucans flew through the forest and in the night the forest was very noisy. Affegeschrei, chirping grilling etc. It's a good experience to do. In the rooms one did not notice anything. The food was not so special, the breakfast unloved and clear. The fresh fruit on the other hand was really great!

Restaurant here is very good. The tuna tartar is awesome. Never gets crowded.

This is not what you expect from a Radisson hotel. The hotel is a little bit run down and need a urgent renovation. The staff in the restaurant has no knowledge of english only spanish… food is good. Music on the terrasse of the restaurant is always to loud and sometimes there a 2 kinds of music from different speakers. Area around the hotel is nice.

Shower key damaged, no hot water the next morning, super cold pools, wet smell in the room, payment in restaurant without being able to charge to the room… Not good at all!

Surrounded by the beautiful green rainforest and its own golf course, it's a pleasant getaway for relax not so far from the city, but needs some maintenance and revamp specially in common areas.

The staff with the exception of the front desk were very nice. The hotel in disrepair, mold smell in the rooms, water stopped working several times, carpet tattered and worn. The bar in the lobby was never open for coffee or a beer.

Beautiful location away from the city but the hotel does have a pick up and drop to the city everyday and cab fares are 10bucks… Beautiful resort atmosphere with golf course and awesome pools. Two of them. In general perfect place to kick back and relax. You can get an awesome price if u watch. You could also rent a car for convenience.

The rooms are spacious, clean with good quality appointments. In general, the service is OK, not great. The included breakfast is very basic but they do a poor job of overseeing it. Any hot dishes are not maintained appropriately, hence typically offered cold. Coffee also not maintained hot and full of dregs. Tge only thing good is the bread. The pool area offers seating with no cushions. Not comfortable at all. The gym has old, defective equipment that need maintenance service. Tye golf course is a challenging design but needs some work to polish it up… has a lot of potential if better maintained.

Nice hotel in the middle of nature. It's about 30mins from the city but once you are there, you will forget about everything else. The hotel is clean and has some cool architecture to it inside. I did give it 4stars because hospitality could have been better and there was an issue with the room reservation.

Extremely bad customer service! DO NOT STAY HERE. The Hotel is cheap for a reason. Lousy, careless and lying staff that could not care less for you. The hotel and grounds are great, but the front — and back-office staff is completely ruining the experience. This is not Radisson-worthy at all. I've stayed in 100's of hotels around the world and visited over 35 countries. This is the hotel with BY FAR the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Let me please explain why: 1. We booked a room for 2 persons, we saw on the booking-site that the price for 2 or 3 adults is exactly the same. After calling the reservations department, the first person said we needed to pay $25 extra, even though we have screenshots of the booking-site, where the price is EXACTLY the same. I just forgot to select 3 persons in stead of 2. When we tried again the next day, the person said "yes, it's the same price, i'll change it for you". Upon arrival, the back-office did NOT in fact change anything. The receptionist again tried to charge us for the extra person. 2. There is a FREE shuttle service from Albrook. Having had experience with this hotel, we called TWICE to confirm that there was indeed a shuttle service from Albrook Terminal. Two different people confirmed the time and location of the Free shuttlebus to us. When the bus was 15 mins. Late (it was supposed to be there at 4PM) we called the reception, they lied and said "the bus was stuck in traffic and will be there in 10 mins. ".

I have read the other reviews of this hotel and don't do anything but think what happened?
I made my reservation (for a group of 11 people) and payment under the care of a friendly agent by the hotel. However, the day of my arrival to the hotel simply tell us that my booking is not!. After the penalty that we went as a group, they make us go to the facilities and by asking some hot and cold drinks, bring us in foam and plastic cups. The truth is that the surprise was not nothing nice, if we are in a HOTEL by paying a day at least the coffee should come in a Cup.
The picnic, which is all inclusive, boasts a menu of varied snacks on paper; but it fell short in reality; Besides that I agree that the buffett should present more options.
The truth rather disappointing despite the fact that they have lots of nature in the surrounding area.

A paradise hidden 12 minutes from the city. Ideal for moving to a relaxing and comfortable rest. My best route is Via bridge centenary. Phone 232-3700 or 232-3703. Beautiful and charming, with golf course.

We stayed here a few days as tourists. Had a rental car (recommended). Beautiful scenery, as it is surrounded by a tropical forest. Has a paved walkway through a jungle canopy, complete with various wild animals like sloth, tropical birds, toucans, frogs, anteater, ect. Very safe! Just down the highway from a very nice and inexpensive zoo with ALL of the jungle animals indigenous to Panama and Central America. Very close to Miraflores Locks of the Panama Canal. About 5 minutes from Panama City and 5 minutes from the bridge/highway to Arraiján and the beaches. Very nice beaches within an hour and half drive. About 20 minutes from the Amador Causeway (many nice restaurants and a small beach). At the Hotel, a nice continental breakfast service (they will make you a customized omlet). The FRESHEST juices (mango, orange, pineapple, watermelon, ect). Local foods such as Hojaldras (deep-fried bread sprinkled with powdered sugar), Patacones (fried plantains), Carimañola (fried yucca dough stuffed with meat), eggs, dry cereal, FRESH fruit, hot dogs, bacon. Did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant, but I imagine it was equally nice. The pools are beautiful: one huge lap pool (water-to-the-edge style) and also a kiddie pool. There is also a gymnasium next to the pool. The bar is small, but efficient and reasonable — all of the local beers are represented, as is the local Panama Rum (Ron Seco). The rooms are nice.

At first glance this looks like a muni. This is better than a muni. The greens are quick and challenging. The fairways drain well and maintained well. Very enjoyable for ~$90. Scenic course and extremely fun.

The beauty of this place is breathtaking. The service is top class. I would recommend it any time. Excellent place to relax with family or friends.
