Excellent service and location made this hotel the place to hold a Birthday party. Super staff! Rooms are the up scale quality as the resort The Guest House at Graceland in Memphis Tennessee. Elvis would have loved it!

Comfortable room, location close to a few fast food outlets. Caught uber to attractions. Hotel itself is great, however ordering room service was a disaster because of the language barrier.

It's a very warm and welcoming hotel. With lovely staff and quality services. Better home from home.

Currently under construction here and it does not tell you that when making a reservation. The hotel is really nice now with new floors, paint, rooms, furnishings, everything is new. Centrally located I choose this hotel over all others in Panama because of its location, price and ease of doing business here. The restaurant here is really good. I have never had any problems here.

The hotel is in remodeling and the Paguina only said that the restorant is out of service!
I make the reservation: 1. — It was not clearly indicated if breakfast was included or not.
2. — No pool! As a solution I am indicated that I can use the pool of the hotel to 3 or 4 blocks… You think this is good or comfortable trasladarde after the pool on the street?
3. — Today in the morning I try to use the gym and I take the surprise that is not enabled.
4. — Within the reserve, I select extra large bed and I take the surprise that when entering the room there is a normal bed, low to the reception to see what happens with that and tells me that is not available.
Today in the morning I go back to ask about the room with extra bed and I say it can not be used because it perceives annoying ruisos of the remodeling!
Only point 1 could be my responsibility, but 2 and 3 do not.
I am paying for a 4 star hotel and for the same price I could use the Marriott/Hilton… excetera!
I request a part of the refund, because I am paying for something that is not available.
I feel very engañanado, because before paying the hotel should warn of the inconvenience it presents.

Cheap hotel. The location in the middle of the city is very great.

The hotel is a bit old but clean and functional, relatively central. The Wi-Fi was not very good but it reaches, the staff is friendly and the area is quiet.

I stay at this Hotel in several occasions and always received excellent care. Ladies at the front desk nice and friendly and willing to always help you to make you feel even better. The food was excellent, the manager or captain at the cafeteria was very friendly and helpful at all times and the ladies attending it very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I definitely will stay there again.

A little old hotel that they are remodeling. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The gym is very good. Lunch and dinner options are limited but serves to get out of the way.

Very comfortable room. Super clean and well located. The pool is very good, although the outside bar is not open. 100 meters from the subway and in hotels and casinos area so there is night and daytime movement.

The attention is excellent! It is very centrally located, 1 minute from the train station. It has a delicious meal!

Stayed here one night. Receptions recommended Alejandro's bar for my cigar craving at 12am. Alejandro's bar delivered my cigars directly to me while I was gambling. I always recommend Alejandro's for the widest range of cigars in Panama.

Spacious rooms, good Wi-Fi, nice meal and breakfast option, friendly staffs, great location, well maintained. Perhaps could improve by providing more English speaking TV channels.

Old, noisy, not recommended, 20 min. Waiting for service, nothing happens, American breakfast, at weak level.

I just went to have lunch wuth friends, good service, good food, it's expensive, the bathrooms are to far and in case of raining will be hard to get to the bathrooms from the restaurant on the first floor.

A super cute hotel… Excellent staff very different from the beach in fact I thought I was taking a bad experience for the deal I had on the beach but everything was erased at this hotel… Very nice comfortable and excellent care.

I only worked there have time and it's really a good work team. Despite being inexperienced in the tasks Q assigned me were very patient and helped me learn what was necessary Q. Besides that I know Q is a good hotel to stay because they have very good attention to the guest.

Very clean Place nice Facilities, nice pool area The room was OK, however the room Q we were allocated on the eighth floor had no extractor in the bathroom and the mini Fridge looked a bit old.
Excellent location for shopping in Avenida España or to mobilize with the Metro, Porq the Metro stop is 50 meters.

Staff are nice, the rooms are clean and the price is okay.
However, the breakfast buffet is rather small and what bothered me the most: In my room the Wi-Fi was only in the bathroom reasonably okay. Something like this is simply not allowed to happen in 2017.

The reception desk attendants can be a little more friendly and accommodative, should be able to speak English a little.
The rooms were comfortable although I missed having a kettle. The Wi-Fi in the room gave lots of problems with connectivity. Some more english TV channels would be appreciated. The restaurant's food was very good and manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Congrats to him!. All other hotel staff were very polite even though they couldn't speak much englished. I enjoyed my stay and will come again!

It's kinda has an old school mafia feel to it. We got a suit it was big but empty to much space not enough stuff.

Good staff, the decoration and feeling is a little dated now, but for the price and location it cannot be beat. If you get a noisy or not much of a nice room, ask to change and they are happy to help.

It's not a child friendly hotel. The ceiling in the shower is leaking. They have extremely small televisions. The Wi-Fi is so terrible that you have to stay in the bathroom for connection. They need new refrigerators. They have exposed wires in the rooms. Their breakfast needs a lot of improvement. They need to clean their jacuzzi and lastly the pool is way too deep. I do not recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel with good infrastructure. Very central location, in the middle of via Spain with direct access to the Bank area. Nobes a modern hotel, but remains in good condition.

The location is excellent. Lancalidad of food in the breakfast is very good also. The room is comfortable.

Excellent service from the staff of the hotel from the entry to the same until the last moment. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Good service Wi-Fi and TV by cable. Good location in the centre close to the "Church of the Carmen" metro station. Highly recommended to people who dare to visit Panama City.

Very nice older hotel. The staff for the most part are helpful and kind with the exception of the woman who checks to see if your room includes. She is extremely rude, no curtesy what so ever she treats guests like criminals. There is a right way and a wrong way to go about things and accusing guests of trying to steal a free breakfast is not one of them, yes she accused me and my wife. Then the manager came in and wanted to know what the problem was. He simply asked our room number, checked the computer and sure enough breakfast was included with our room. If I was a managing the hotel that woman would have been fired on the spot.

Pretty bad. I retained more of the money of the invoice and upon leaving I had a balance in my favor, but I never returned the money. I'm right now dealing with the Bank for the return. Be careful. In addition, the air sounds a lot, and the facilities are old.

Beautiful place to stay highly recommended.

Not a new, but elegant and very tidy. Rooms are spacious and some have great views although lower floors facing Via Espana may be noisy. The restaurant is good and the location is also good, close to everything and lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. The bar is a nice place to hang out with a giant-screen TV and a pool table. We watched a Heat game with LeBron James' grandmother who was staying there with her friends! Internet is expensive so we went to the McDonald's across the street for free Wi-Fi.

Wifi is very expensive. Not internet in rooms. Semi old looking but clean. Room prices seem quite high.
