The location of this hotel is the best on the island. You can enjoy the waves and the beautiful water. ** If you are a senior citizen with mobility problems, you need to think twice before staying here. The stairs and climb to your room could be devastating. The rooms themselves are just basic. No added amenities like TV, hot water, floor covering, and other basic items to make your stay more comfortable. Setting on your balcony or around the pool. Watching the Caribbean water is beautiful from there location. Jon, the manager does his best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Be sure to check to make sure restaurant is open before you book reservation. I would suggest the owners spend some money upgrading hotel. 😞

Very poor experience. The hotel presents itself as an eco-friendly beach hotel, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall management were unacceptable.
The room was handed over dirty and without basic amenities: one window without curtains and the others with inadequate ones (zero privacy and very poor light control, extremely sheer) ; no towels or toilet paper; the bathroom curtain had fallen due to missing hooks; a used razor left in the shower; a mirror splashed with toothpaste; poorly cleaned floors; and a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The air conditioner leaked throughout the entire stay, dripping directly onto the bed.
Common areas were also not cleaned: an ashtray with cigarette butts remained on the main oceanfront deck for the entire three days; trash bins were full and never had their bags changed; the pool was dirty and had mold. The bar, advertised as open until 2:00 a. M. Never opened, and the restaurant was closed both at check-in time and at midday (it opened around 1:30 p. M. ). There was a total lack of supervision and follow-up from management.
Guests should not have to complain in order to receive a clean and functional room. Although several of these issues were addressed after complaints were made, there was still no follow-up from management: the person in charge, fully aware of all the inconveniences, never approached us to introduce themselves, apologize, or check whether everything was okay after the fixes.

We stayed in a room for a couple, the view of the room was magnific, sadly was the only thing memorable of the room, the bathroom is way too small, you can barely shower there, the second day the water was running off. In general all the instalations look with lack of maintenence. The food isn’t good and it is overprice. Also the attention is very regular (the dont really seem to be worry about you having a great stay). It’s about 25 min walking to the Beach, so it’s ok only if you want to stay in a quiet place.
