Amazing place and host.
Has everything you need to enjoy the sun and the ocean in Panama.
Place big enough to not feel crowded even with lots of guests.

This place has so much potential, but it’s poorly managed, unclean, and unsanitary.
We booked based on glowing reviews but had a vastly different experience.
Kitchen and Common Areas:
The shared kitchen was filthy, with an extractor fan covered in mold, grease-caked surfaces, and dirty appliances that hadn’t been cleaned in weeks; the existing dishwasher doesn’t seem to work. While shared kitchens rely on guests to clean, this level of neglect clearly falls on the owners. The house itself was full of cobwebs, dead insects, and generally unkempt.
Room & Bathroom:
The bathroom door in our room was broken, completely off its frame and stuck on the floor when we arrived — something which should have been know by the property before giving us the room. Despite reporting it immediately (3 PM), the issue was only “checked” by onsite staff the following day and resolved a few hours later. During this time, no alternative rooms or options were offered. The bathroom was also unclean, with trash left behind, smudged mirrors, and sticky floors.
The bedroom was no better: walls were scuffed, the ceiling had a hole with few pieces of tape hanging off it, and the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes inside. The bed sheets, while torn, at least appeared washed.
The worse, was finding on our second day there animal droppings on the windowsill, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

This is a nice quiet location right on the beach. There is also a swimming pool and other games. The body is super friendly. Getting there involves a scenic drive on a dirt road, but it is worth it. You need to bring your own food — there is a kitchen and you are allocated space in the fridge.
