The Staff were all great and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter enjoyed her meal.

Went with family to swim in the pool asked the front were do we order food and they said the breeze bar. Went straight to the pool then went to the breeze bar to order food and went back to swimming while waiting for food and when the waiter came with our food told us we couldnt eat at the pool because we ddnt tell him we were swimming and said there is a different menu for pool side so we said well you ddnt inform us this and he made a big deal about it we asked him nicely if we can eat at the pool side and he turned around and started talking loudly in his language all the way to the restaurant and we could still hear him even went he went in the restaurant sounded like he was complaining. Such bad customer service.

It’s always a treat for my 5-year old daughter because of the swimming pool, buffet breakfast and luxurious rooms. Always friendly and accommodating staff, too. Great service!

Family and friendly environment … so cool.

We had a fantastic stay here. The service, ammenities, and facilities were all excellent. Everything was pristine and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. We had three families with kids 2-7 here and it was perfect. The pool and beach area were perfect for easy days with the kids. All the restaurants were fine — — and others will pick you up. Dive shop on premises or the other outfits will pick you up. Rooms were very comfortable. Ours was modern and updated within the last few years.

Picturesque, but restaurant dining feel food is not value for money, PC value is slightly lower, network instability.

Comfortable, relaxed and leisurely style ^^ each room has almost 180 degrees of oversized sea view, there is a small private beach, restaurant, swimming pool deepest 183cm, gym, billiard table, billiards table, laundry room USD 6, the best is very close to the pier, every day at sea is the latest to get on board, snorkeling back, are the first to disembark back to the hotel.

Live Well, eat also OK, have their own beach and dock is very beautiful, but the hotel Wi-Fi password will always be in the vicinity of the restaurant received.

Great location and beautiful resort, but don't expect reliable Wi-Fi.

Nice resort but caters to the Asian market. Would like a few more American or Western choices. I would stay here again but eat and drink elsewhere.

The hotel is nice. It's man made beach is the only beach we could find on the island. Staff is great. Food leaves a lot to be desired.

We tried to book the Pacific Resort but it is full during our stay. We are lucky that we chose PRR! It was great, very Japanese style, you may even have 纳豆 and Miso Soup at breakfast! Room is good, staff is kind and smiley. We called the room service for extra bath towel and instant coffee bag at 9 pm one day, but none of them never got deleveried to our room, that's the only unpleasant moment during our 5 nights stay. A wonderful place for couples, families!

Facilities is good and hotel information shows breakfast is included to room charge. But provided breakfast is quite simple continental menu and if you wanna have buffet, you should pay additional.

But on rainy days the hotel outdoor floor slippery, only in part of the hallway decoration small brand reminders, but no substance of prevention and improvement, resulting in the child slipping feet severe contusion, mobility and the impact of vacation travel in the mood for!

If I will have got much money, I would go there.

Services staff is eager to please, BUT sometimes it is not easy to understand some other services. Our group comes for diving, the package includes continental breakfast. CB is served individually. There are 4 pieces of pastry, fruit juice and coffee. Our dives start with 7:45AM pickup. We were behind that scheduled time, so we were taking 1-2 pieces of pastry with us, a waitress said to us, "You may not take those out with you. " I asked, "First, are you putting these back for other customers. " The answer was no. My next question was, "Are you throwing those away. " Her answer was yes. I relied, "Each portion, you gave each customer. If you are going to throw away those, why wastes so much food while there is so much hunger in the world. " Silence! I do understand perhaps the Hotel policy but does this make sense to anyone?

Beautiful view and grounds Lots of choices on breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely pond with a large variety of tropical fish.

A decent resort, and their membership prices are lower than Palau Pacific Resort. But their cocktails aren't the best, and their beach is definitely less nice.

The service was great, rooms are always clean but the Wi-Fi is hard to connect. The most strange thing is that beautiful white sands of beach are all from Taiwan!

Nice hotel. Beach and pool small but clean and decent. The view is breath taking and very close to the dolphin place.

Great experience! Very glad we picked this for our honeymoon.

Kids love the pool and recreation room.
