The First Hotel Multan

Good hotel to stay.
However currently loosing due to poor maintenance etc.
Location is the most positive point.
Family accomodation.
Very secure area for families.
Private car park available.
Downside is company not investing on infrastructure anymore and going down rapidly.
Among medium range guest houses.

I recently stayed at The First Hotel in Multan and was disappointed with the experience. The room service was not provided by the staff despite multiple requests, which made the stay inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast options were extremely limited only chana was served, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the service quality needs significant improvement.

The experience with the hotel went very pathetic. The management guy Adnan was a cheater and he took all my money which was been paid 2 months before my stay. He asked me to transferred 50% advance payment. However the hotel management supported on this issue and encountered that guy Adnan. Really appreciate this on hotel management.
But overall services were not upto the mark. Their inverter ac in rooms were not working and no hot water available in the hotel in this winter season.
Seems like they are in learning process of how to run a hotel.

Such a great experience also rooms are very comfortable on reasonable price.

This hotel is an excellent choice for overseas companies and international visitors. The security is very reliable, and the property is managed with great professionalism. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Under the new management, the staff are professional and attentive, making the stay smooth and pleasant. As a guest visiting from Washington, DC, I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels in the area. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Nice hotel in Multan city l spend one night in hotel.

Reasonable accommodation, food is so so. They are improving, hope for the best.

Not a place to rest at all, zero service, zero for food, don't get food from here, worst kitchen hygiene. We even left before eating complementary breakfast. Dont go with family.

Service and Breakfast was very good but the condition of the room was not up to the mark. Their response with customers was also satisfactory.

Washrooms are dirty and no one bother to pick call, the breakfast is not ready according to the given time.

Service is a bit slow when it's crowded. Good experience overall. Clean & large rooms with all facilities. Recommended for official visits.

No hygiene issues, good room for the price we paid. We visited the place twice. Recommended.

Affordable Neat and clean atmosphere, cooperative staff, Tea and Breakfast is Awesome, Parking capacity is good, more than the best. 👍🏻
