Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended.
I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The condition of the room was absolutely disgusting. The furniture was old, broken, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. Even worse, there were cockroaches in the room, which made the stay feel completely unhygienic and unsafe.
It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are not a priority here. I expected at least basic standards of hygiene and upkeep, but unfortunately, this place failed on all fronts.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. It’s not worth your money or peace of mind.

The hotel is a complete disaster no amenties in the hotel are working. Its in the chain of bling international hotels. The staff is not trained and has no idea whats going on.
My recommendation is — 10 and only book if you want to ruin your stay.

Disappointed. We initially had no key for 6 straight hours. The receptionist said that they lost the key. The TV was not working. No tissues, soap, or slippers were provided for the bathroom. The bathroom lock was not working. The AC was throwing water, until I had to call and they took 2 hours fixing it. The room had no bin. And as it turns out, the whole staff was just 2 days old. The manager Akhtar Joiya didn't even meet us.
The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is that after 8 hours of grueling and poor customer service they gave me a complimentary upgrade, needless to say I was too tired to make something off it.
The breakfast was a complete bummer and so was the pressing.
10/10 not recommended.

I stayed here for three days, and the experience was very bad, The staff was not cooperating and the management was not good. So find alternate.

It's a good guest house then a hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable however it's best described as guest house not a hotel. Their staff is very polite and cooperative. And quick as well.

Even didn't sleep in peace, very low quality and unhealthy food which is provided from local Dhabbha (outsource) & even in breakfast bread is not fresh.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Ghattiya service, ghattiyaa rooms or third class location.

The hotel rooms were nice. But the heater was not available and got water problem. Rest was fine.
