The LC Hotel

Hotel looks good and is nice with new furniture however the hotel needs to improve its service, it took them 2 days to wash my clothes and then lost some items, there was a lizard and two cockroachs in our room, the windows are sealed so very noisy, staff looked messy and unwashed, the area around the hotel is really bad lots of beggers and junkies so get harassed. Limited facilities on site. If the management can train the staff and improve the service then it could be a very nice place to stay despite the environment outside as the interior of the hotel is very nice. We checked out a day earlier than planned.

The hotel is well designed and the staff and management are amazing. I really cant fault them. However the hotel does have a big issue. The area around the hotel is really rough. Like really bad. And if you take one of the front facing rooms the noise from the road is sooo loud. The back rooms are fine though so do request it. Also there was a lizard in our room but the staff responded really well and moved us a new room. The hotel and the staff are 10/10. I just think the location ruins it.

Absolutely Worst Hotel Stay — Avoid at All Costs.
My two-night stay at IC Hotel Lahore was a complete disaster. From check-in, the air conditioning was completely non-functional, providing zero cooling despite Pakistan’s sweltering heat. The room was unbearably hot and uncomfortable.
I complained repeatedly to front desk and housekeeping about the broken AC. Each time, staff promised someone would fix it, but absolutely nothing was done. No technician came, no room change offered, no solutions provided. Their complete indifference to guest comfort was shocking.
To make matters worse, housekeeping never cleaned my room during the entire stay. No fresh towels, no bed making, no bathroom cleaning — absolutely zero room service. The room became increasingly dirty and uncomfortable with each passing day.
On the second night, the AC shut off entirely due to a “room key validity problem. ” Staff claimed some technical issue with the key card system affected the room’s power supply. So now I had no AC whatsoever in addition to existing problems.
Complete Service Breakdown.
Working AC and daily housekeeping aren’t luxuries — they’re basic hotel standards. The combination of broken amenities, ignored complaints, no cleaning service, and zero customer care made this stay absolutely miserable.
Will never return. IC Hotel Lahore fails at every level of hospitality. Book elsewhere.

Lahore Continental Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Lahore. The environment is exceptionally clean and peaceful, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for a quiet night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant served an outstanding breakfast with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and we also enjoyed cocktails at the rooftop bar with panoramic city views.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond, whether it was helping us book local tours, arranging transport, or simply offering a warm smile every time we passed by.
Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I can’t recommend (Hotel Name) enough. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Lahore.
