Perfect stay location for those who visit expo for business purposes, near to Expo center also mall. Plus the owner is very polite and humble to clients.

This is a place you need to stay, its economically good and service is not really good but some how good.

My experience at Safa Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The room lacked basic amenities such as tissues and water bottles, setting the tone for a disappointing stay. The unclean and poorly maintained room further underscored the disregard for guest comfort and well-being at this establishment.
To my shock, I discovered a hidden camera in the room, the manager denied but I believe there was as I turned off the light and then turned on my camera, something was blinking in TV screen even after pulling out its switches and I believe it was compromising my privacy and sense of safety. This invasion of privacy is not only unacceptable but also a serious violation of trust that should never be experienced by any guest. These privacy concerns raise significant questions about the integrity and respect for guests at Safa Hotel.
When I attempted to address these issues with the staff, I was met with unresponsiveness and dismissive behavior. The lack of accountability and professionalism in handling these critical matters added to the overall sense of neglect and discomfort during my stay.
Upon exiting the premises, I found the gate secured with a simple lock and no security guard present, raising concerns about guest safety and security at the hotel.
Despite paying 5000 for a night's stay, the absence of essential amenities and the breach of privacy due to hidden cameras made this experience feel like a complete rip-off.
