Relax Inn Hotel

It was super close to my office. Apartments were clean and other services were available on payment like room service, meal, internet, ac, geyser.

One of the worst rooms with no proper things in toilet. Staff is awkward and washrooms smell bad. The blankets are torn and have awful smell in them. Will never recommend.

Drinking water taste is not good, washrooms are very small.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Relax Inn Hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor. The breakfast was average! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the baths accessories were very damaged. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

I booked online, but upon arrival, I was charged extra, claiming additional fees. The room was far from satisfactory, and staff were slow to respond to calls. The AC was not functioning at all, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at Relax Inn Hotel.

New hotel, very nice, good location and great customer service. Ali the young owner made us feel very welcome.

I stayed here from 5 to 6th of DEC 23. This was my 3rd visit to the hotel alot of things were changed from my last visit.
1. Proper lobby was made.
2. Cafe/tuc shop made.
3. Quality breakfast served in room.
4. Good location.
Now things need to be improved.
1. Daily neat and clean beddings this department needs much improvment in my all visits I have to remove beddings all the time and ask for new and neat one.
My overall stay is nice.

The wardrobe is not working correctly, the washroom is quite cramped, the curtains are ill-fitted, and the telephone set is non-operational. The rest of the services are fine.

Beds too much uncomfortable. In washroom, muslim shower was dfective. They did not hav any lota as alternative even on demand. Or wiper in the wshrm. It was a mess aftr one takes bath. Khana ordr pe bahir se mngwana parta ha. Jis pe service charges to jo hain so hain. Lkn wo khol k serve kr k laa k dete hain. Amount was too little. We had doubt k itne saray paison m 4 botyan aur 6 chamach bryani hi ai hai sirf. It was a huge mistake by giving ordr to that waiter. Overall. Not comfortable.
