I booked a room through Booking. Com and also contacted the hotel directly for confirmation. The hotel informed me that they do not allow couples to check in. However, there was no such restriction or policy mentioned on the Booking. Com listing while making the reservation.
This is misleading for customers because important restrictions like this should be clearly stated before booking. I kindly request Booking. Com to look into this issue and take appropriate action, as it caused inconvenience and confusion after the booking was already made.

I stayed at Quick Continental Hotel, Lahore (Jail Road) for 1 month and 15 days, and the only reason I stayed that long was because most of the staff were genuinely kind, respectful, and professional.
First of all, I want to sincerely appreciate the housekeeping team. They were always polite, helpful, and treated me with great respect. Their professionalism made my stay comfortable. I would also like to specially thank Mr. Muhammad Yasir and Mr. Muhammad Naeem. They are among the best hotel staff I have ever met. They always spoke respectfully, solved problems quickly, and made guests feel welcome. Employees like them are a real asset to the hotel.
Unfortunately, my entire experience was repeatedly ruined by one receptionist, Mr. Ilyas Chughtai.
In all my years of travelling and staying in different hotels, I have honestly never come across someone with such an unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful attitude. Every interaction with him felt unpleasant. Whenever he was on duty, the atmosphere became stressful. Whenever he was absent, the hotel felt peaceful.
On several occasions, the air conditioner in my room was switched off, and I had to repeatedly request him just to turn it back on. No other staff member ever created such unnecessary problems. It genuinely felt as though he looked for reasons to inconvenience guests instead of helping them.
The most disappointing incident happened on my checkout day.
