Mars Hotel

Worst experience ever, staff is highly untrained and ill mannered, we paid in advance so had to stay, they don't have any written policy in place, don't provide heating in this cold.

Not so cozy nor so poor. Average living in the rooms. Only one single light in deluxe rooms makes the room darker every time. Washrooms are not comfortable. Bed mattress were in poor condition. They need complete revamping to invite more people.

Rooms here are dirty service is not good location is good but the service of hotel is bad.

Staff is very good. Specially the counter person (M. SHAAN) is very compromising. Must stay in grand one hotel.

Great Hotel for travelling alone and with friends. Location is great for expats as it has money exchange right next to it. (For the Management: Rooms can be upgraded with few touchups, try to keep smoking rooms and non smoking rooms for family's) Overall stay was great 👍

Nice and secure hotel and restaurant. Very decent staff reception, managers as well as room boys real value for money. Its a day visit or an official tour Mars is the best choice.

It is an average place with a rent of 4000 Rs for a three person room. The ambiance is not so great and the free breakfast that they provide is way below average. But it is an economical option in Lahore.

Not a family hotels, only stay here if u want wish to stay for something indecent. Executive rooms are called VIP rooms, no amenities no towel nothing. Food are served and you have to pay bill to a bell guy reception guys only charge room rent. Girls are available on demand. Overall Pathetic service btw. My bad luck only once I had to stay there as all other hotels were booked.
