Hotel Moon Light view

Recently I had a very very bad experience. I travelled 500 kms and had made advance booking 04 days prior. I also confirmed the day I was arriving 06 hours before.
When I reached the premises, I was informed that there was no room available.
Hight of unreliability and unprofessionalism.
Not recommended at all.
I gave them 03 stars previously as their services seemed ok. But this recent event was just the final nail in the coffin.

It was safe and sound.

Its a place where you can enjoy luxury, security  and comfort of a 5 star hotel that too at a price that's unbelievable and very affordable. The location is very convenient right in the heart of Lahore, with beautiful decor, the rooms are super clean and comfortable to accommodate basic needs of a family. Hotel staff is very courteous and hospitable. During your stay you will be able to enjoy yummy Breakfast with option of Desi and Western Breakfast.
If you are visiting Lahore, Hotel is the ideal place to make your stay more comfortable and memorable.

I had an amazing experience at this hostel! The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the communal spaces where I could connect with fellow travelers. Overall, a top-notch hostel that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property is in a great location, the area is easy to get to and clean. The hotel is elegant and modern and very well kept. The facilities are great and the hotel is better then some uk hotels I have come across👌

I have an opportunity to stay in many hotels, innns, and guest house, but believe me staying in moon light hotel, has changed my views, I have stayed in 5 stars hotels and other known hotels, but the moon light experience have changed my thoughts it's a small place but the courtesy, and homely feeling I found here is excellent, it's like home away from home, well done moon light, I recommend travelling people to do visit and stay here, you will feel the difference.
