Grand Enclave

Bathrooms are very dirty, and the services are slow. With any room card any room can be opened and hence has no privacy. Would rather sleep on road then this hotel.

Bathroom had leakage and was disgusting.
Can't believe sanitary standards were below acceptable.

Best location with security, I switched to Air bnb but had 2 worst experiences, no safety plus random host just cannot trust as those were house rooms & I might not be surprised if some of them would have put cameras, I switched back to Grand Enclave as this is very secure with proper hotel services & they warmly welcome me back.

The worse hotel and service we had. This is actually no star hotel. Room was good size but various places water logs.

I recently stayed at this hotel. We booked 2 rooms. Delux room and economy room. While the economy room was fine but in the delux room, the Jacuzzi was leaking and no hot water in delux room. Also, the AC was making noise while the heater was on. I complain to the front desk and they changed our room instead of fixing this. Then next morning the lock of the door economy room was not working so they changed their room as well. I didn’t had the good experience.

It's at a great location but the hotel is a bit old. The maintenance could improve. The staff is great though!

The hotel has enough space but is poorly managed. Air conditioning system is pathetic. Rooms management is also an area that needs improvement. Food quality is good. Serving of food is also excellent.

I want to particularly commend Mr. Mohsin, one of the hotel staff members, for his splendid services. When my mother missed her flight and had to stay at the hotel unexpectedly, Mr. Mohsin was a true lifesaver. Upon contacting the hotel helpline, he arranged pick-up and drop-off services to and from the airport for her. Throughout her stay, he treated her like his own family, ensuring she felt welcomed and cared for.
Thanks to Mr. Mohsin's exceptional hospitality and the overall excellent service at the Grand Enclave Hotel, my mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay despite the unexpected circumstances. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Very Good Service, Rooms is very clean and location is best in lahore. Recommended.

Good location close to the airport but miles form anywhere else. Rooms are OK with good Wi-Fi and fridge. Very basic breakfast and the restaurant is not what its portrayed to be on their website but good value for money if you just need a bed for the night.

Free transfer to the Airport in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.
