Apartments are average, service is worst, at the time of checkin security inspects luggage in detail and forces to open them, the solution is scanners.
Two hours before checkout, the room service start calling and storms into the apartment and force for early check out.
Amenities are limited and incomplete.
These are more like dating spots rather than family accommodation.
Not recommended.

This is a true story! We booked through Booking. Com. We have stayed in several hotels around the world, but this hotel was the worst experience. After the first night, the host called us in the evening to say that he wanted our Booking. Com booking number and PIN. We refused because this would give the host control over our reservation on Booking. Com. The host of "Sunset Luxury Gold Crest Mall Residency", Mr. Ahsan Nawaz, MICI Pakistan, is a fraudster. We were then threatened on the phone and shouted at to leave the apartment. Booking. Com had recommended that we call the police for our safety. We left the apartment that night. Mr. Ahsan Nawaz then opened a case on Booking. Com claiming that we had not paid. Very unprofessional behavior. We did not get a refund for the remaining nights from the host and the deposit was not refunded. This apartment has unusually high 10 star ratings on booking. Com. The reviews are all similar and written in perfect English. After this experience with the host, we are sure that the reviews are not true. We spent one night in the apartment. There were bugs on the floor and lots of ants on the table. We had to wipe all the spots with a damp cloth because the apartment was not handed over clean.

The pictures posted on Airbnb are very fake and misleading. The apartments are in pathetic conditions. Broken wooden floors, poor bathroom cleanliness, smoking smell is infused into curtains, beds, and sofas. The apartments are seriously in miserable state. Not recommended at all for guests stay.

Apartment in bad shape including furniture and fixtures which need immediate replacement. No room service (or apartment servicing) staff available.

Good taste and sitting arrangement are also good and delightful taking good experience and the again visit my plan inshallah November with my friends and my family tour individually big name and big taste are very good so much good service and the most powerful name of gold crest.

I stayed from 3th to 7th July'24 with my family on the 14th floor — apt 1411 called 'Casa blanca', managed by Zohaib. The apartment pictures were highly misleading and when we arrived at the apartment, we found it to be full of seepage with paint falling off the walls and a damp smell inside the entire apartment — I raised this with Zohaib, who stated that you can use air freshners as the standard solution. Also, the washrooms were stinking when we arrived and even after cleaning, there was gunk sticking to the walls from the previous guests' stay. Also, the air conditioning in the apartments kept failing from time to time and I was again told it was due to it being really hot weather. The washrooms were in such a sad state that the shower assembly fell off the wall since it was loosely hanging.
Furthermore, the house keeping staff was untrained and extremely unhygienic and did not know how to clean the apartment and used the same mop first in the washrooms and then in the bathrooms with the rooms smelling of pee after the cleaning. Also, they did not even have the sense to not use pillow covers to clean the bathrooms, which was so sickening to see. If this all was not enough, we had to constantly keep telling them but even then they did not provide us with liquid soap.
It was a big mistake booking this apartment and I shall never stay here again and would strongly advise everyone to steer clear.
