Good Experience of Staff Behaviour Good Food and Best Environment…

Booked the hotel through booking. Com at a discounted price but on arriving the person atvthe reception Mr kahsif was extremely impolite along with another person. He continuously insisted on changing my booking and said we cant offer such low rates. Wasted my time. Extremely disappointed. A big no no to Park lane.

Stayed in this hotel and witness couple of incidents which clearly shows that how badly they treat customers. While I was at the check in counter, another customer was complaining about room not cleaned in morning. Besides that when I was in room then AC was not working and room was too hot, I called them 5 times but no one came. Then I had to ask them to change my room and the sent a person to fix. As my meetings got extended and I really didn't have time to move to another hotel, so unfortunately I had to extend. And to my surprise I got a call in afternoon asking that when I'm going to check out. It shows how updated their system is.

It was wonderful experience everything was fantastic. Great service professional staff highly Recommended… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Qurut-Ul and Nosheen went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed to the hotel and that for me set it apart from other hotels.

The first time I came to park lane hotel I got good service, and excellent welcome but when I came with my family on second trip and booked two rooms, the service was the worst. from check in to the spa… all services were the worst… I would really think twice before booking this hotel again.

One of the best hospitality team they have. They really know how to give warm welcome to there guest's.

The ambience of the event hall was average. Overall you don't feel spacious there. It feels too tightly placed and presented, everywhere inside the building. However I can't comment on the rooms and room service. The food selected to serve was combo of traditional and chinese and it was just okay.

In my opinion although the meeting rooms were clean and temperature controlled but was a light smell of wet carpets may be. RECEPTION and Lobby is beautifull and Food was also good, I had lunch buffet there.

Well balanced menu. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Many varieties and taste in sweet section. We love to be there again. Service was excellent.

I was welcomed by smiley and smart looking staff, which is slightly unusual. The plane was clean and the seats comfortable. The pillows were on each seat along with blankets. In flight entertainment was ready before the flight was even taken off. The screens were in front of you on the back of the front seats and you can choose from Movies, Cartoons, Games, TV Shows, camera and more. All touch screen. When the lunch arrived, they had a menu with options. We were offered Fish Pasta, Chicken curry with rice and lamb with rice. Once we finished with the food, we were offered drinks and staff tidied everything. After few hours we were offered snack of a croissant with cheese and chicken (tasty and fresh) along with lemon tart and tea. The plane was PIA Premier. When initially I took the flight from London to S, it was the basic Boeing 777, but the return flight was a wow. As long as PIA can replicate this to other planes, this will certainly change the perception.

Went there for a training event. The facilities for conferences and trainings were good. Especially the buffet was awesome.

Park lane is one of the good hotels recently developed in Lahore. Service, ambience is fine, parking is a bit issue at Par Lane, but they are managing it by offering valet parking facility. Over all is a nice service with comparatively economical rates!

One of the emerging Hotel, with all the facilities which you need. Swimming pool, Spa, conference halls, etc. Bit expensive but worth spending. Rooms are spacious and food is also very good. Parking space in front of hotel is very limited, so valet parking is availble for basement.

But there are a few things you should improve on. The gym and pool close WAY too early. Like waaaay too early. Other than this great job guys. I've been to and stayed at other hotels in lahore and not every hotel keeps their rooms maintained like you do.

It's a newly built hotel with good interior and ambiance. However one of the major problem is of parking issue as only 2 to 3 vehicles can be parked on the front. Hence it's too difficult at times to pick up someone from the hotel. Otherwise it has good service standard at the moment.

I think this is The Best hotel in Lahore. I have spent 7 days in this hotel. It is very lively area. You can shop every thing from here. Not in hotel but out side hotel like MM Alam road. All the brand available in this area.

I first visited with my colleagues it was an office lunch. It had great food and the staff was very professional and courteous. I have been there couple of times after that and I thoroughly enjoy my stay over there.

Tried there Sunday Breakfast Buffet. The breakfast was really well cooked and had alot of varities (Western and Eastern) The price is also affordable compared to others. The Desi menu needs to offer a bit more things although I loved there western breakfast menu. The desserts and pastries tasted nice as well. Coffee and Tea option is available with variations in Coffee too.

I like the room. It has a mini-bar with tea/coffee and electric kettle. There is a study table too. Room service is also good. Staff is kind and helpful. Food tasted average but overall parklane hotel is a good hotel and my stay here was very comfortable.

Though I was not expecting it but it was nice place to stay. Only issue was handling of large group, it was looking like tough for the management. There were delays in services provision and lifts those were always busy. Though staff was good as they allowed me to use their staff elevator sometimes and they were always ready to serve but resources were limited.

Amazing service throughout the hotel from food servers to the cleaning staff to the reception. Nice cosy smart spacious rooms and spacious clean bathrooms. Great location for City business travellers. Decent good range breakfast even for healthy eaters. Has a spa and massage center. Has a rooftop pool.

The buffet for the dinner very varied and all very tasty. A lot of salads and desserts.
