Amazing staff and location for me, it’s a second home but you have to bring your own food or feel free to cook as they let you of asked.

But rent … is not fair according to facilty.

First of all, my stay was absolutely comfortable. It is just beside daewoo thokar stop and orange line metro thokar stop is also walking distance, making the access to city quite easy. The room size is huge, making it easy to offer prayers or do a quick home workout. Internet facility was also commendable.
I would highly recommend this hotel and special thanks to all the team and Mr Shahzeb who was helpful.

I stayed at Hotel 12th Avenue in Lahore for 3 nights and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff (Shahzaib, Nadeem and Zeenat) are polite and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — peaceful yet close to everything I needed. The breakfast was fresh and good every morning. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose 12th Avenue again for my next visit to Lahore. Highly recommended!

Good experience place is so huge seems like camping rooms have much privacy they have pool facility and decor is amazing seems funclub.

It used to be a professional establishment with decent staff but now expect below avg services.
Rooms are never clean & tidy, washrooms are worst and they charge more for these pathetic services.

One of the best option on Thokar Niaz, Lahore. As of Feb-2024, the first thing you will notice arriving at the gates is either this place is "out of business" or have already been shut down. Outer areas are a mess and needs maintainance badly. Hardly 3-employees you will see and even lesser number of guests. This Place has seen better days for sure. Rooms are somewhat maintained, if you dont count clogged drains, and humidity due to seepage. On the plus side, offers a quiet and hassle free experience which was my priority during this short stay.
