The hitea had the most stale food I've ever eaten, wouldn't recommend it to anyone two stars just because of the staff and the singer who was performing live but I came for the food and that was tasteless, stale and disappointing.

Whatever I have eaten from Shelton for over a year and number of times has been so so good. Ambience is excellent. I have visited their kitchen and it's the most hygienic and cleanest you'll see.

Because everything is good there the Hi tea I avail was high quality food with reasonable prices once I avail their sehri and iftar buffet in ramzan that was also great but only thing Not good is very much slow service kindly increase your staff✌✌

Very bad experience. In HI tea menu shows 32 and 52 items and present only 12 to 15 items searching for plates and bowls very bad waitier service loud music in main hall… sorry not recommend to any 1 …

Had a pathetic experience last night
The waiter only knew of one deal
He said u can get one free on two burgers only if u buy MOMO burger
The MOMO burger we got was full of garlic mayo not only difficult to consume but had only taste of Garlic
Me and my one son left half of burger in the plate and also told the waiter that it’s not worth eating
While coming out of the restaurant I saw the leaflet on which 5 dishes were mentioned that one can get under buy two get one free deal.

Pathetic service. Staff s not cooperative both of d managers are not satisfying d needs of customers. Even d drinks were not cold in this hot weather, refilling not done on time. Iftaar dinner of 65 persons and they are bringing only 8 8 brownies in one plate like seriously. Cold drinks cans 10 10 cans at one time… never ever will go for Shelton Razidor.

Location is very good, Parking is very poor. If parked on roadside, the dust spoils every bit. If parked in the basement, there is slim light, poor ventillation. The ramps are even worst. The rooms have started to show the signs of Time. Not a well maintained place. But still better than other options in Peshawar. Service staff is extremely poor and you need multiple reminders for getting things done.

Seems great, lobby is small but seating comfortable. Staff was decent and cooperative. Although no welcome drinks! Rooms were great. Toiletries were quite adequate. Complementary tea and coffee with electric kettle were placed in the room. I could find any comb in my room. LCDs were extra large. Overall great. Buffet breakfast was complementary, where prices of food in menu were very high.

Great family environment with excellent food and staff. We had bday party with hitea n food was really good. All staff very helpful especially Mr. Khalid he organised everything very well.

Good place to dine with family and friends, food is good and there is variety of things to try. The starters are good they have good options for deserts too. In beverages they have Margarita few cold drinks and tea.

Its one of the best decorated hotel, restaurant, wedding hall, cafe, bakery shop. i have personally try it and I give 5 out of 5 its too good try it.

Shelton residor Hotel University road Peshawar is a place I would never recommend to book or stay in. The Services are very Poor. You won't get parking space, Its very noisy environment too.
The Service is almost none responsive, The tables top remain regularly dirty and no response even after repeated complaints.
I have seen many hotels but this is my worst experience of hoteling.

Went for iftar dinner. Food not bad. Place for females to offer prayers was on 3rd floor quite in convenient for mums with small kids. Service poor. Cleanliness average.

Good experience. Buffet was edible. Not out class as compared to La montana or Monal etc. But better in the city. Atmosphere was ambient. Rates were bit on higher side.

Very worst experience ever!
No customer service at all yesterday we visited Shelton Rezidor the worst experience we ever had very unprofessional staff, naan was cold, hv asked many times for water but invane, asked for margereta but the staff said its finished, they have aded lamb in the menu just to attacked customer cx for getting lamb plate hath ma leke jahilo ki trah mangna parega, disappointed!

So we went shelton rezidor for high tea and and I must say they have the best arrangement of high tea, lunch and dinner. From food to the enviroment. Everything was upto the mark. I give u ppl five star. And one thing is that ur staff is very decent and sservice is very quick too. So I think one should go for it cox its the best restauranr in peshawar. Keep it up guys!

It's a new hotel property in Peshawar, and they are providing good services so far, over all the comfort of the rooms is good, service is also nice, embience is also attractive, the only thing I think they need to improve is their food stuff.! That's not as good as it should be but the bakery "Bakeology" has some very nice stuff specially that "Date cookies"

It is a second best option in the town. I would say it is good value for money. Rooms are nice but place is bit noisy.

Shelton’s products are highly publicised and marketed with grand openings as we saw in the case of its restaurant, bakery etc. Somehow, contrary to its image, I have always find it below par and have always been disappointed with its food. The recent most example, which forced me to express such views, is the disappointment with the HI TEA. Firstly the items were less and not complete as shown in the menu. The items were not cooked well. Especially the main items like finger fish and pasta both were extremely poor. Pizza slices were nothing but mere onion and tomato toppings over bread. And most importantly menu showed as advertised included variety of margaritas however we were informed that that was not available and only one 250 ml 7up or Pepsi was available. And that too with extra tax on drinks in the bill. Overall bad experience.

One of the fantastic location and outstanding hospitality you will avail here. Food and beverage department is the main problem for hygienic point of view. Some items are available on room service and it is also closed at 11 pm. Even at 1101 the practical answer is service is closed. Lot of issues involved in order taking of room service. Except one really week are otherwise it's really good to stay and enjoy.

Stayed two nights in shelton rezidor it's a wonderful place to stay with a very friendly staff and the food is great aswell.

A nice hotel with event halls. The rooms are a bit on the expensive side. The hotel has a specific place for bridal shoots as well. The rooms are tidy and the staff is also friendly.

Overdone, loud and badly decorated. Food is good but pathetic service. Don't expect free breakfast before 7.45am. Reasonable hall size for meetings but meeting arrangements are bad, perhaps halls and staff are more inclined towards weddings like events.

Three star for da first visit but rating it 4 coz Don want to spoil their ratings. The ambiance was good but for the ist time I av seen sm one serving water in cheap plastic glasses. The menu was funny too as it was only 2 plan photocopied pieces of paper. Items were limited but serving size was quite good. There r only 3 steaks in da menu but if u r really a steak lover then they r not for u. Taste was good n over all environment was suitable fr families visit. The staff was v friendly n helping. The location n the decor is good but they need a lot of hard work to make it a class.
